Theresa’s place was the perfect stop over on our trip from Colorado to Austin!

Very responsive host! Great location, easy to get around town. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying here and will definetly want to stay again!

The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

House was very comfortable, equipped and clean! Will definitely try to book again next time I’m in Lubbock!

Lovely home, suitable for 3 couples heading to a Texas Tech football game! Way better than a pricey hotel. Great location, close to lots of restaurants, very clean, everything we needed.

The pictures simple do not do the home any justice, it’s far more beautiful in person! More than enough space, lots of fun things to do in the house/ property itself. I will definitely be returning! 10/10
