House vacation rentals in Lincoln

Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed, especially to cook and enjoy our meals. Temperature was perfect and the fireplaces were a great treat. The game room was so fun and enjoyed by kids and adults. There was a steep street to get to the home but we used the 2nd entrance and it was perfectly fine. We would definitely stay here again as it was a very close drive to downtown and the grocery stores, it was a perfect weekend!

Great stay! Was a great location for our family Thanksgiving! Wonderfully surroundings and quite the town to explore! Wild horses, Elk, and Mule Deer would walk right up to the back deck! Amazing experience here!

The place is amazing; just few details. One on them the poker table is loose and can cause an accident; and cleaning was good overall just some spider webs by the lights. Aside from that the place is amazing; the amenities are top notch and the view uffff breathtaking!

The house was cozy and spacious. Location was great and the surroundings made for a nice view. We didn't get a chance to utilize any of the amenities provided on the property but it seems like there's plenty to do. We also enjoyed the board and card games provided. We would stay here again!

Check in was seamless. Chris and Bret were very helpful before we arrived. What a GREAT house spectacular views of the mountain and surrounding hills. Tons of kitchen and living space. Bedrooms were well appointed and super comfortable. Fireplace and hot tub were a perfect additions. Kitchen is stocked with every amenity necessary to make dinner for a large family. Location right near the strip made it easy to dine out when no one felt like cooking. Can’t wait to book again in the summer next time.

We enjoyed it so much. We loved the cabin! Made us feel right at home! The fact that it was close to where we needed to be was wonderful! My kids really enjoyed it and so did we! Looking forward to booking it again in the future!

We loved the cabin, great for a quick getaway weekend. Perfect location, It’s close to all the stores and restaurants. We definitely recommend it and hopefully we will be back soon.

This was something we needed as a family! We were living in a hospital room for 258 days with our middle daughter. She had cancer,AML(Acute Myeloid Leukemia ). We are a family of 6 and this only made us stronger! It was not easy but God is Good God is great all the time! We could not loose our Faith and we have our miracle! Our daughter is in remission. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your cabin! Have a blessed day. PS there is a woodpecker that is pecking the front right side of the cabin.

It was a great place. The host were very nice and had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. It was very convenient to have the 4 rooms for our group. The deck was so peaceful and nice, would definitely stay here again if we’re in Ruidoso.

Nice place to stay, was great for our kids and dogs. Beautiful scenery and wildlife to look at. Comfy beds and great parking for large vehicles.

Spent the weekend with my kids at your house and we had the best time lovely home cozy and clean snow. The entire time we were there were able to use the fireplace. It was amazing. Will be back for sure.

Excellent location; continently located to Sudderth Drive/downtown Ruidoso which is filled with interesting shops and local wonderful restaurants. Very short walking distance from two playgrounds, which our kids loved! Check in and out was very easy/no hassle. All amenities were as described and perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you again to Wendy and Bob for being so accommodating! We appreciate you making our stay in Ruidoso feel like home.

What a special, beautiful spot. We had 10 family members stay here for a memorial service in Lincoln and it was the perfect gathering place for everyone. It’s a fun, old, beautiful house that’s very comfortable inside, with a spectacular patio and porch area with plenty of seating for all to enjoy. Highly recommend this incredible place! Peacocks and turkeys abound, and the house is situated in su ch a way that the winds from the valley don’t even hit the place.
