Best location for walking straight out to Main Street, but still very private and quiet! Yes a little dark inside because of the configuration of the unit, but you’re in a mining town so gives the cave/mine vibe;) My husband loved using the gym which had complimentary access just next door. The beds were comfortable and it was spacious enough for a group/family.

We had a great 14-day stay at the Winter House in Caliente. Evolve and the homeowner were both very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was an amazing one. I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved the getaway. So close to pioche Main Street and state parks- cathedral gorge and spring valley. Extras felt like home. Even made chocolate chip cookies from the goodies basket. Had a great time! Thanks again!

My wife & I were passing through Nevada and needed a place to stay for a night. The Cottage was the perfect choice! It exceeded our expectations as it was very comfortable, clean and a convenient place to stay. Everything was just as advertised. The value was great and the State Park nearby was a bonus for sightseeing. And the breakfast in the morning topped it all off for a great stay! It was a delicious breakfast and got our day started right. Would definitely stay at the Cottage again!
