This was our third stay at Shelia's. Each time we have found Shelia to be highly responsive and extremely accommodating. The condo has everything we need for a family of 5 for a week at the beach. It's location being directly across the street from the beach is very convenient when taking multiple items from the condo to the beach for a day of beach bumming. I highly recommend Shelia and her condo for your beach vacation - just not the week we plan to be there next year. Brad L.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving at this beautiful condo. The scenery was amazing and my mom spent every morning enjoying her coffee on the balcony. Though it was chilly a few days, my 9 year old LOVED spending each day on the beach collecting seashells and splashing in the water. The accommodations are as pictured and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. The view from the main bedroom was breathtaking. There are several restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Everything we needed was within 5 minutes. We love that the building itself was pretty private and accessible unlike a huge resort. Maybe 3 mins from closing the condo door to having our toes in sand! We plan to come to this exact condo again but if it’s unavailable, we will be sure to book with Luxury Coastal Vacations as a host. The instructions and proactive communication was incredible.

this condo was exactly what I was looking for. the building itself was older but this condo was in pristine condition. everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, I had plenty of supplies, and the air conditioning worked great. I was very happy.

We will definitely stay here again. Jade’s condo was more than enough space for my fiancé and me. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils, along with complimentary coffee. The balcony overlooks a pool (pretty sure it’s heated too). The walk to the beach was short and enjoyable and the boardwalk was well maintained. There were plenty of towels, the water pressure was good, and -this seems minor- the toilet paper was good quality. Not scratchy, thin 1-ply. Overall, we had no complaints.

Our stay at Portofino Island Resort was incredible! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Great food. Great location. An a darn good view 🤩I got the best tan not only at the beautiful pool, but I spend hours relaxing on the beach ( which was only a 2 min. Walk) listening to the waves crash into the shoreline. I give Rhonda and Ken a 10/10. Thanks you guys for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming, an offering such great places to eat. Most definitely will recommend.

They place was roomy & furniture was good. The beds slept very well! We had a hiccup with condo not being cleaned when we got there on Thanksgiving day but it did not take away from our experience. Alyson was very responsive & the problem was solved. I rate our stay @ 100.

The cottage was exactly what I needed for a short get away. The waterfront view was absolutely amazing. Steve and Tara are very welcoming and kind! They also have some sweet pups walking around. My aussie was sad to leave one of his friends he made! The location is perfectly far away from all of the crowds, but a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

We loved our long weekend at Sea Where you Land. My husband and I were looking for a pet friendly place at the beach that was quiet and we could completely unplug and rewind. The location was very convenient to the beach and sound side. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped to do so. The unit was decorated in a fun beach theme, and it’s apparent this is run by individuals and not a stale corporate airbnb. Mike and Sherrie were right downstairs of we needed them and responsive to questions. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a rock. I’d be happy to return to this place.

Great place off the beaten path to relax and stay away from noise and commotion!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Lou was very helpful making sure I had everything I needed. even brought his personal extension cords to help me power something in the driveway. Location was phenomenal! Access to a great beach on the Inlet side as well as the main beach side. Location also felt extremely safe. Would love to stay here again

The home was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our stay during my daughter’s wedding and only 5 minutes from the venue couldn’t have asked for more. Irwin was a great host.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Darlene’s place was perfect! It was cute as a button and just as described. She was amazing at communicating when needed. I can’t wait to stay there again!

We stayed here during the Sand in my Boots festival and it met all of our expectations! Clean, had everything we needed and very homey. Close enough to the venue and quiet neighbors. Would recommend.

I used the home for my bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. Warm, charming, and elegant home! Laura was so wonderful and communicated instructions early! Great location to downtown Pensacola and beautiful views!

Had an excellent stay. Crosswalk to the Gulf side was at the end of the driveway of the condo complex, good value for the price. Wendy was always responsive.
