Peaceful, well-designed, & absolutely beautiful. The private stone steps to the cabin & lake give a quiet, safe walkway. Has a stocked fire pit by the lake, recliners on the dock, & stunning 360° views, the setting feels like a true retreat. The cabin is beautifully furnished with top-of-the-line furniture & appliances. High ceilings, large windows, cozy lighting, a well-stocked kitchen, & a loft that lets you wake up to the trees & lake. The shower has a lake view too & I didn’t run out of hot water. Two French doors have magnetic screens, perfect for letting fresh air in & the bugs out. Friendly, attentive, quick to respond hosts & they went above & beyond with so many details through out the property. I highly recommend this standout property. I felt peace, seclusion, and safety. My new fav! Six star! Big truck w/big tires? Just GPS “Eureka center” & then follow road to cabin. Going by mileage won’t work, road sign was turned wrong direction so took me a bit to figure it out.

The cabin in Sagle was a perfect get away location. Beautiful setting, clean and well-stocked (including pantry staples like pasta and soup), and lots of attention to detail. It felt like home and not just a place to stay. Ellen was an amazingly responsive host and keeps alive the spirit of the original vision of AirBnb. We are grateful for our time there and hope to return.

We had a week-end for high school inbound foreign exchange students and their chaperones. Michael allowed me to view the place before booking to be certain that it would meet the needs of the group and was very communicative before and during the week-end. Even texting me that somebody had unplugged the wi-fi by accident! The place was clean and roomy. The (separate and added cost) barn was the perfect venue for the kids to play and relax.

Jessica was very responsive when texting, her directions were spot on to a 10th of a mile, depending on how fast the dirt gravel road is driven its about 45-60 minutes, definitely would recommend AWD or 4×4, but if careful a normal car at slower speeds can make it, the streets in Spokane are worse in certain areas. Pay attention to the directions.The cabin was very inviting, and the view was amazing, Currently work is being done on a lot next to hers, well drilling, but nothing Cozy Cabin can do about that.still relaxing DVD selection is very diversified, surround sound was great. The hummingbirds were amazing to watch, if your still enough one might use a finger to land on, like it did for me.Firepit was great for a small fire for smores. Proper use of windows and ceiling fans kept the place cool in the evenings. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed out 27th wedding anniversary on the lake. We are already talking about a return trip in the future. Hope to meet Jessica in the future

Absolutely fabulous stay! A darling place with so many thoughtful touches and so much privacy! It was the perfect retreat for me and my little doggie. Rush was a fabulous host. Can’t wait to come back

Great stay near Sandpoint. Close the lake. Able to take a short walk and take a plunge into the lake. The cottage was very clean with everything needed for a stay. Tje temp outside was HOT! But the cottage was delightful. The guide book with the beach descriptions and restaurants to try out were helpful. I would add the Laughing dog brewery. Was very yummy. The best beers and nachos I’ve ever had. And that is saying a lot from a Canadian.

Blackridge Cabin was everything we hoped for and more! Kip and Jennifer were incredibly gracious, and the setting was breathtaking! We grilled and ate outside one night and the view and sunset were stunning! (Also enjoyed that bottle of wine—thank you!) The cabin itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Lastly, the hot tub was a bonus! Thank you so much for your hospitality—we had an amazing stay!

Cute modern/rustic bungalow tucked into the forest near the main house. Quality custom finishes and tasteful decor. Fenced dog kennel was perfect for our needs. Responsive host and we hope to stay again!
