Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Leadville North

The place was beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet but very close drive to downtown and a very nice walk around the neighborhood. Ashley was very responsive and very friendly. she left great instructions for everything. we had an amazing family vacation.

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

The home was beautiful and very spacious and not too far from town. The couch is so comfy and felt like massages on our backs after hikes. Our pup really loved and enjoyed the fenced backyard. The hot tub was also really nice in the cold evening. Hearing the creek outside was such a nice touch. We saw moose multiple days during our drives out and back to the cabin which was such a delightful surprise. Alex was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

Whether we were enjoying the place and space, relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the beautiful nearby restaurants, every moment was memorable. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking scenery, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful homey place to celebrate Christmas! Beautiful surroundings, a bedroom for everyone, a cozy fire a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous hot tub made it a great memory. Would happily recommend!

Cute home with close proximity to Main Street and the river. We did not need anything that was not already provided. Good parking availability. Perfect for two couples.

It was a wonderful home! We enjoyed the stay alot! It is definitely as described, a cozy rest stop, but not really a place to spend all day.

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Comfortable, nice and clean and looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed watching it snow over the Gore creek and easy access to lifts via the city bus.

Great little spot for staying close to the action, right in the heart of Lionshead. Bed was super comfy.

We were very satisfied with Katy's place, which is exactly like in the description and much more! The space is a little tight but it has everything we need as a family of three for a three-day ski trip. Katy is very thoughtful in that she provides all the amenities one can ever think of, which makes it very convenient for us. I love the plushy towels! I also appreciate Katy' tips on the ski resort and the Colorado Epic school kids program. Thank you again, Katy!

Nancy’s place was great! Very close to vail and such a cute neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and cute.

The location of this unit was perfect for walking into town, and just a short walk to the snowflake lift. You can ski-in across the street from the building from 4 o’clock run. The unit itself was well appointed. It’s a little run down, as are many places in ski towns, but the price matched the quality of the unit. I’d recommend this unit.

Perfect lil spot close enough to walk to downtown main if you wanted. Or just catch the bus stop which is maybe 20 steps away. Christine was very responsive with any questions that I had. I will more than likely rebooking in the future on my next trip to Breck!

This was an amazing spot to relax for the little time we were at the air bnb! Beautiful views, clean spaces, body wash, face wash, and shampoo were available, and everything seemed very clean! Will definitely look at staying here again!

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo was absolutely perfect and the view was amazing. Carol was a great host and even took the time to call us when we got turned around with our directions. We will definitely be back!

The place is comfortable, cozy and very functional at the same time. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful. The host was very nice and easy to reach. Fully recommend it! We look forward to book it again for our next spring break vacation.
