The house was exactly what we needed—spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near USF, making it perfect for our family to spend graduation weekend together. The host was extremely responsive throughout our stay, and the property matched the listing perfectly. We had a great experience!

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

This place was perfect for my family and kids. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs umbrellas and coolers. Pool and everything was clean!

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

The house was great! We went with our friends. The kids loved the pool and all of the space they had inside and out. Pool table was a nice addition for the adults. The directions were simple to follow and everything was as described/pictured. We would 100% recommend this house and host!

All was as I experienced in my last stay. The linens and towels were very fresh and bedding was very comfortable. The location is centrally located to the convention center, airport, and Ybor.

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as pleasant as the first time! The extremely short walk right across the street to the beach, quiet neighborhood, less crowded section of the beach, along with the close proximity to restaurants makes it the perfect little getaway! It's probably the most well stocked home with everything you can think of needing (including both a hot pot and tea pot for your tea, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards ECT) It's a clean, comfortable place that makes us feel right at home. We also love the option of the hot tub to relax in for the evening. The hosts are very kind/helpful. It's the perfect little beach getaway. Thank you again! This place has a special place in our hearts. Happy memories made!

My family and I have stayed on the river several times and this was by far our favorite spot. Great space, inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back soon!

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

The host was extremely responsive to any questions and when we asked if they had a portable crib they didn't and they went out of their way to buy one and place it in the home force. The outdoor area with the ping pong pool table fireplace TV pool and big table and a grill that gets super hot for cooking which was great. would stay here again if needed

My husband and I stumbled on this place for a last minute, short trip to Tampa and it was amazing - very spacious and more than two of us really needed, but such a lovely stay! The walk to the bay took maybe 1 minute, and it was a wonderful, private location to get back to when we weren’t out and about. It’s a great spot with a great host, and we would love to come back and stay, especially if we travel with some family. Thanks, Jason!

This place had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast every morning, and was fully stocked with beach supplies. Would definitely stay again! We were very comfortable the entire time.

Excellent and prompt communication from the Hosts and the property was very accurately described; it looked just like the pictures - the decoration was beautiful; very tasteful, soothing and calming. We spent 2 weeks in Gisele’s home…it was exactly as described. We really appreciated the outdoor space/patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee, utilizing the large bbq and outdoor dining area and ending our days with a nightcap in the enclosed patio. The location was great, centrally located with easy access to beaches from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. We will definitely return when back in the area again. Gisele is a great host.

Absolutely as described!! Our family enjoyed the home and the pool for our entire stay. The pool was immaculate and the outdoor space around the pool was comfortable. We were just 4 but the house would have comfortably accommodated 8. Easy access to stores, restaurants and area attractions. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and answered with minutes. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to town to visit family!

This home is just great! We stayed here for our family vacation, 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 1 - 8. The kids said, “this house is super cool!” Really so much to do and easy one short block walk to the beach. The host has generously provided everything you need for a fun beach day - umbrellas, chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, and wagons to haul it all. Only thing to add might be a cooler if you are not going back to house for lunch etc. it’s so close we felt that was easiest plan. Backyard is great too. The exercise pool was right size for the kids to play. Hot tub too. The kitchen was stocked even beyond what our big crew needed. TVs in every bedroom. The home was really comfortable, really everything you need. Just a wonderful place and we enjoyed it all so much. We enjoyed the area too. It’s our third time to visit this part of coast. Plenty to do.
