Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lamar

Five stars all around! The hosts have put tremendous effort into this property. No place is that more clear than their extensive guidebook upon your arrival. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. They will give you the space you need, but if you need anything, they will respond quickly. The neighborhood in Holiday Beach is quiet and private. Nobody’s gonna be there unless they are staying there or already living there. The view of the bay and the canals are wonderful. The property seems far away from Rockport, but it isn’t. You can be in Rockport and all it has to offer in 10 minutes at the most. An added bonus for us was being close to the Our Lady of Schoenstatt Shrine. The shrine is a very peaceful and prayerful place. Highly recommend visiting. Please note, the neighborhood’s quiet and peaceful nature disappears on New Year’s Eve. 🤣 Also, you must be able to handle stairs to stay here. Thanks to Michael and his wife for a wonderful stay!

We had a really nice time at Melody’s house! It was super clean, and she even dropped off a hair dryer in the rain bc the bath was missing one! Excellent response time, and very caring host! Thank you!!!

Renae’s place is great. It’s a short beautiful walk to a private beach, long pier and separate fishing pond. Renae’s home is exactly like the pictures, very clean and accommodating. Renae is a great host and made it easy with clear communication and instructions. If we come back to Rockport this is the only place we will stay.

The Coastal Mint was the perfect little cozy spot for my husband and 2 small kiddos to stay for a weekend at the beach. Very close to all local amenities. Our previously booked host cancelled last minute on us on our way in from out of town and Chris was very accommodating and responsive!

This place is beautiful and fun! The pool was a hit with the kids and enjoyable for the adults. The outdoor space was fantastic, I know they can’t help the weather but it was perfect during our stay. Everyone had a beautiful sleep space my mom had the bottom floor space, my sister had the room in the main house and my husband and I took the small house, we all slept comfortably while kids took the bunk room up stairs. We really enjoyed the lay out of the home and the kids were able to play freely because of the fence around the pool as well as being able to close off the driveways. Plenty of parking for all of us. Again, this is such a beautiful and unique home, it was so fun to stay here! The beach we went to was the Rockport beach which is well kept and only a 5 minute drive!

We had an excellent stay at Jay's property for a large family trip. Property was exactly as advertised and completely met or exceeded our expectations. All the provided accessories (beach chairs, toys, kitchen utensils, etc) were a fantastic bonus to the stay. Having the provided golf cart ready to go makes the entire process even more seamless not having to go to a separate rental location. We absolutely plan to stay again next year if possible!

We had a fantastic stay in Port Aransas! Like many of the other reviews say, the pics don’t do this place justice. It’s so comfy — there were 5 of us (max allowed) but honestly we had plenty of space. The deck and private pool were tremendous and it’s an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of Port A, this is the place!

Honestly, had an amazing time celebrating my sister’s birthday!! The condo was in a perfect location walking distance to the local shops. The pier was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing us to check in a little bit earlier. Until next time Laguna Reef.!!

We had a fantastic family weekend getaway at this place! It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, especially since our family loves to fish. Being within walking distance of the well-lit pier was a huge plus. We even met some other friendly fishing enthusiasts during our stay. The highlight for my boys was when one of them caught a 2-foot black tip shark on our last night – it was incredible! The place was very clean and truly met all of our expectations. Chris was great host and would check periodically to see if we needed anything or if we needed any recommendations. We will absolutely be planning a return trip in the future! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Judy’s place was nice and comfortable. It was so nice sitting by the water and having some quiet/peaceful time. Would definitely stay again!!

Meagan was so helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Her condo was very clean and the amenities were incredible. Such a short walk to everything you need. A great stay for our anniversary.

The house was REALLY cute. My kids and I loved the space and it was just right for us to watch movies, play cards and hang out in the evenings. Our days were full of running around town and going to the beach, but the house was perfect to end the day at. Cristina was very responsive and gave us LOTS of recommendations. We felt right at home. No issues and no suggestions (which I usually have. :-)) Would stay here again!

This condo was so perfect in every way! You're welcomed with a calm and peaceful energy when you open the door.. extra touches like an assortment of snacks and waters, regular (and vanilla!) creamers in the refrigerator and really delicious coffee for the Keurig, and the bathroom has a great walk in shower, extra soft pristine towels.. all wonderful!!

Nice place. Teenage grandson fished every chance he got. He caught 14 fish one day. Only a few were keepers. He was really excited when he caught a 15 1/2 flounder right out the back door. The kitchen had lots of cookware , dishes and seasonings..Everyone had a good time. Thank you..

The condo was spacious, clean & nicely appointed with 2 coffee pots for drip & individual cups & even had coffee, creamer & sugar in the full kitchen. The decor was nice with a beach theme. The views were magnificent with beautiful sunrises that were perfect for pictures from the large balcony that over looked the water front. The long pier was perfect for fishing & more views & picture opportunities. The sofa bed was surprisingly, very comfortable. The condo staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Rockport has some uniques shops to browse & we found some delicious restaurants thanks to the info that host provided in the condo. Excellent vacation & thanks to the host

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in Rockport! The property and the home were well kept. We enjoyed having the use of the pool and the fishing pier. We will definitely stay here again.

We brought our 2 kids with their spouses and small children for a beach vacation and had a great time. I like to cook and there were enough utensils, plates, and glassware for everyone. The condo is spacious with the 2 floors and patio areas to watch the sunrise and sunset. It's a beautiful location and walking distance to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool when they needed a change. My brother rented another condo in the same complex and joined us for meals. It never felt crowded at all. It was so much better than a hotel room - which we did last year. We absolutely had a great time and would recommend to anyone visiting Port A!
