Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Sunapee

This beautiful apartment is very cozy, clean, plenty of space and is located in the center of everything. This place is great for 4 people with 2 big bedrooms. This was not an issue for me but it may be an issue for an elderly person, using the stairs to get up to the apartment. The stairway is narrow, but that’s to be expected when you have an older home. Our host responded very quickly, he was very helpful making sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always responded in a timely matter. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this place.

This rental was perfect for our family’s overnight ski trip to Okemo. We have two teenaged sons who shared a bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and (most importantly) to meet the AM caffeine needs. The rental was approximately 10 minutes away from Okemo, which was the best part for us. Already planning next February’s ski trip!

The quintessential Vermont Airbnb! Beautiful surroundings, lots of outdoor activities, and easy to get into town with great restaurants. The hosts are very helpful and provide everything needed for a relaxing stay.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. Susan’s place was quiet, clean and lovely. Close to town, but still in a wooded area. The apartment is well designed with everything you could need, including delicious coffee.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! A comfortable and quiet apartment just as advertised. David was a very communicative host who gave us absolute privacy

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

My family of four loved Christine’s place! She is so thoughtful, leaving yummy snacks plus necessities as well. She’s a great baker and provided us with some yummy treats! The beds were super comfy and cozy, bathrooms were clean and well-equipped and we loved being both close to downtown but also could go hiking out the back door. We feel so grateful to have had such a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Thank you, Christine! ❤️

I came into town for my SNHU graduation and my family and I loved the house! It was in such a great neighborhood, and the house was perfect for what we needed!

Helder was an amazing Airbnb host! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The huge TVs were a major plus, and the high-quality cooking supplies made it feel just like home. I highly recommend this place for a great stay! Looking forward to booking here again.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

This studio is gorgeous! the view of the lake and mountains from the unit is absolutely stunning. There are two really comfortable beds and a nice modern kitchen with plenty of appliances. Funspot is a 2 minute drive away and the diners and restaurants in the area were all phenomenal! We personally loved Ensō, a Japanese restaurant and both George's diner and Union diner were amazing. Also Axe and Ale Taphouse was super fun and reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again and am even interested in renting or owning a unit in the building.

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

I had not taken a vacation since pre-Covid and Caroline's wonderful place was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful white mountains region of New Hampshire. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (tremendous view, comfortable bed, efficient kitchenette, pool, jacuzzi, gym, close proximity to the beach, mountains many excellent restaurants, and theatre (live and movies). If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle Caroline's place is the perfect place and I highly recommend it!
