This was a gem! Lovely spot, very close to the deep creek entrance of the Smoky’s but not too remote. Town was close by as was a lovely little winery. The house was like new and absolutely as advertised. We would easily stay here again. Kelly was one of, if not the most responsive host we have ever had at an Air BNB.

What a great place to stay! We loved the cabin and it was a great launching point for hikes or to just stay in and relax. Would definitely return!

Beautiful location right off of the river. It was very peaceful and we had the joy of seeing several Elk right outside the window! Very magical. The space is the perfect size for two people. The cabin is one of about a dozen nearby, but the community was peaceful and quiet. The stay was very relaxing and just what the doctor ordered!

Thank you Shelly & Jack for letting us stay in your beautiful, cozy cabin! This was the perfect location to relax, unwind, and recharge in nature. My parents drove down to meet my husband and I, and we all had the most incredible family weekend. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Hiking in The Great Smoky Mountains was fantastic. We loved The Alum Cave Trail into Le Conte for a 10-mile, strenuous day hike. The hot tub felt so good after that! My parents did an open-air Bryson City Train ride and loved the experience. Bryson City Bakery for breakfast is a MUST! Jimmy Mac’s was the best hometown original, authentic feeling diner...with the best fried pickles we’ve ever had! Shelly and Jack are incredibly responsive and were happy to provide additional recommendations! Thanks for a great trip!!

Beautiful nature, clean house, hot tub was already warm when we arrived, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, no complains

We loved our stay at James place. Whoever is the person who cleans his place, does it with love and attention to details.

We came out to Barry and Sherry's place to celebrate my graduation with my wife and boys. It was a great place to stay. We felt at home and my boys loved the atmosphere and all the things we could do in the surrounding areas. Their recommendations were really helpful there. We all loved our stay and when we return to the area will be looking to stay here again.

This was a lovely, cozy home for our adventure in Brevard. The home was very clean and spacious. The house is close to restaurants and the falls. It was a perfect place for the weekend!

Excellent location. Cabin was just as described. Quiet cabin in a peaceful location. Easily accessible. Short drive into town and only about 15 minutes to Cherokee. Cabin had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at this wonderful retreat at Highlands! We were 5 gals new to the area and the hosts were amazing from start to finish; earlier than expected check-in, gorgeous surroundings on a lake with views and lush greenery all around! The cabin was clean and spacious, wonderfully large kitchen and extra towels. We couldn't have asked for anything more in our stay! We highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day soon!! Don't miss out on this great opportunity to see the Highlands, but especially stay at this wonderful cabin on a beautiful lake!

Gina is an amazing A+++ host. The cabin is located in a beautiful area with lots of attractions all around. A perfect escape into beautiful scenery. The cabin itself is just perfect! Clean and beautiful architecture-felt very welcoming from the beginning. Lots of space to prepare food, spend a good time with friends and family both inside and outside in the fresh air. The campfire space is perfect as well. Communication with Gina was great and she suggested many places and attractions to visit in the area. Thank you and def recommend!

We all liked the rustic cabin. It was very quaint, comfortable and a great location. The porches are so nice and relaxing. Enjoyed the place with our family very much. Great memories and exercise made on our NC Mountain trips always!.

We enjoyed our stay, we liked the game room, especially the ping pong table and shuffleboard. Very peaceful place. Nice fire pit area. Overall we had a great time.

Mitch went above and beyond our expectations. We ran into a minor issue with the original booking and he graciously upgraded to a new location us (Appalachian Peak Paradise) on a holiday weekend! Both locations were comfortable and cozy and had all the touches of home. On hand firewood, s'mores ingredients, make up eraser towels, and full propane tanks made our stay a breeze! The communication was top notch throughout our stay even in the middle of the night with another minor issue during a storm! We would definitely recommend Mitch & everyone with Salt Mountain Properties. We will be staying again when we are in Bryson City. Thank you for everything. We truly appreciate it. - Rob & Rachel

We had an amazing week at the cabin . It was exactly the relaxation I needed in between my hectic travel schedule for work . We booked this trip somewhat rapidly and on a whim and now I have fell in love with the area and are already planning our next trip . We went horseback riding through the trails right across the street and I highly recommend that excursion if you have time . The owner of the restaurant across the street Constantine is so kind and will fill your dinner with stories from old country Greece and how he wound up here . This trip has changed my outlook on so many things and in the hectic chaotic world we live in now and kids are growing up in this cabin , the village and the surrounding area will recenter any couple, Family or friends who travel this way . Beautifully decorated cabin in quite area. Very clean and welcoming.

Ryan's place was awesome! It exceeded beyond my expectations. We booked a last minute trip but I wish I had booked even longer. Based of of the kitchen itself, I wish I had requested a meal be cooked for us. He seems to have a vast knowledge in the culinary area. There were customers staying in the other cabins and we did not hear them at all. I felt very safe and secure. Ryan offered several different game options as well. Ryan went out of his way to accommodate us and my dog. I highly recommend staying there and you will not be disappointed with the location. This would be an excellent place for a group retreat as well. I hope to stay at Savor Cabins again some day soon.

House was as described. Very peaceful location. Loved the big open living / kitchen area. Well stocked with pantry items. Coffee maker is a 4-cup drip style. Only one issue. A very bright street light is situated right beside the house and lights up the entire back like it’s daytime and even reaches the front yard. Sitting on the front porch is very nice, except at night when we wanted to see the stars. Inquired with Jon if he could turn it off and he quickly replied he wasn’t able to shut it off. Maybe some folks would like the night light though. It’s really bright.

We had 4 adults and 1 10 yr old. The cabin met all of our needs and was close to hiking trails and waterfalls. We stayed 4 nights and 3 days and would definitely recommend Sam' cabin and he was a great host!

Our stay over memorial day weekend was wonderful! We even messaged Kelly a few days before and she was gracious enough to let us check in early on Friday morning so my husband could work from the cabin! The hot tub was great and it was private but still drivable to everything Asheville has to offer! THANK YOU Kelly!
