The house was VERY nice! Each room had plenty of space and I love how the environment was peaceful! Visited the lake nearby and it was BEAUTIFUL!

It’s a lovely little place on the water. We were very comfortable there. It’s conveniently located near anything you could possibly want or need.

Tim was always responsive. I was clear with my intentions and the guest that we were inviting and he was accommodating. It’s summer in Texas and when I first walked in the home they had the temperature nice and cool. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.

The house is way larger than it appears! The backyard has plenty to do and it is excellent size. This is the perfect Airbnb for a family with young children. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. I actually grew up in this neighborhood and we come back once a month for work and we will be staying here again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

This was a place to read, rest, enjoy wine on the patio with family, and recharge. Highly recommend for an in town getaway that feels like an out of town vacay. Richard was a conscientious host and the cabin a tiny bit of Heaven off Lake Grapevine. Close enough to see the lake, but removed from too much lake hustle bustle. Look forward to visiting again when I need a break from the real world!

Great stay at Javier's apartment. Bed was comfy, large bathtub was appreciated and the little balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The lake views were beautiful and calming and the apartment is in a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants. The complex itself is very large so make use of the excellent videos provided in the check in guide so you can find your way around easily. Thanks for a great stay, I'll be back!

Keith’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our group with ease. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that made us feel right at home. Although communication with Keith wasn’t as responsive as expected, we didn’t require much assistance during our stay. The only issue we encountered was with horse flies, but considering the outdoorsy nature of the area, it wasn’t entirely unexpected. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider booking again!

We just finished 3 weeks here as our home renovation was being completed. As a local family, we still had “normal” life to navigate with work and kids’ school, but it was really nice to come back to some time at the lake or in the hot tub in the evenings. The host was very responsive to any of our questions or comments, going above and beyond when we needed to stop back by to look for a lost item. We really appreciated this ‘home away from home’ while we navigated our whole house renovation. We would definitely recommend this house to other families.

The beds are very comfortable and it was roomy, everyone fit well. The price was decent and they communicated well. It was nice for a weekend getaway. It had nice scenery which was a plus.

We loved out stay. The host was so responsive. We also found extra remotes lost in the crevasses of the sofa and placed them in the remote tray; this was an act of kindness on our part. Thank you for your wonderful place.

This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The space looked exactly like the photos! super cozy, impeccably clean (seriously, top-tier cleanliness), and had such a calm, serene energy that made it easy to unwind. Sarah was an absolute gem; friendly, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. And that view? The perfect cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

We had a great experience at victors home. He was so friendly and accommodating and the house was super spacious and made for a fun and comfortable wedding weekend. Highly recommend.

My family came in town for a reunion and this was the perfect spot for relaxed get togethers. The backyard was amazing with games, bbq grill, and lots of space, and the beds inside were soft and clean. We appreciated the fast communication and easy check in and that the host worked with us wherever possible. Would stay again if in the area!

Jacob’s place was perfect for a quick weekend in Denton. Close to the square, coffee shops, restaurants, and a yoga studio. Jacob was helpful and responsive and my travels bring me back to Denton, I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. Thank you Jacob!

Great house with a nice pool everything super clean and match with what id on the description place is peaceful, i will recommend this great house for a great vacation trip and the communication with the host is amazing

We enjoyed our time at this house. We loved the pool, spa, and playing mini golf as a family. We also enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit and spending time outside on the covered patio watching our favorite shows. I would definitely recommend this home.

This is such a perfect place for a family getaway! The house is spacious, *VERY* clean, and comfortable. I wish I had this kitchen at home - it is so easy to cook in. There were plenty of plates/utensils/cups/pots and pans. I really appreciated that Summer had dish detergent pods and laundry pods for us to use. There is plenty of room and available storage spaces in the bedrooms. The linens and memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. Everything looks just like listing pictures - it is a beautiful house. The back enclosed patio, pool, and yard are amazing - it is just like being at your own private resort! We especially loved the pristine pool and hot-tub. Being able to watch the NHL playoff games while relaxing in the hot tub was the best. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to grocery, shops and restaurants. I look forward to staying here again.

This lake house was a great place to relax near lake Lewisville. Plenty of space inside and outside for activities with a group of 10.

The stay exceeded every expectations. The home was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could imagine to make you feel at home. From kitchen essentials to extra towels and lots of games for fun activites and entertainment, nothing was overlooked. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax whether indoors or enjoying the outdoor areas. It is clear the host truly cares about their guest's experience, extremely responsive, warm and committed to make sure guests are comfortable and cared for throughout the stay. The perfect blend of comfort and hospitality is very noticeable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend host to anyone looking for a top-notch airbnb experience.
