Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Cypress Springs

The stay was great! Beautiful place, peaceful, quiet, good neighborhood, great hosts, and LOVED the back area!! Lots of seating out back with fire pit. Great place to hangout after a long day!! Loved that they had an area with kid’s toys. Whole place was great!

Loved staying at this beautiful little lake house. It was so incredible waking up to the gorgeous lake outside the window in the morning. Everything was exactly as it was pictured and it was very clean and felt very inviting. We also loved the quite neighborhood. My daughter loved the kids room. I really can’t say enough about this property! Although our stay was very short, we had everything we needed and more! Beautiful home for a quick getaway, but even more gorgeous if you were planning a wedding or an event! Even though Angela was preparing for a wedding, she was more than accommodating and answered questions in the most timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home/ranch with us! We will most definitely be back when we travel that way again!

This was a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group, and being able to catch some bass in the private lake was a bonus. There was a water leak when we arrived, but our host was on-site within minutes to clean up the water and ensure we could still enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful home right on the lake with its very own dock.The rooms were so pretty, whole house is decorated with a lot of thought put into it. Large comfy master bedroom with enormous shower! Would definitely stay again.Joanna responds very quickly.

What a comfortable little place. Perfect for my boyfriend and I for two days. The location was so quiet and peaceful. It was in a gated property but we never heard other people, or cars, or even barking dogs. Nothing. True peace and quiet. The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable with everything we needed from the comfy bed, to coffee to brew in the morning, to the toothpaste in case we forgot some. Ann was very responsive and gave us great directions and directed us to our parking spot late at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bill and the staff at The Ranch were great to work with! It was so peaceful I could just stay there!

Scott provided a great experience for my family of four. The house had everything that we needed. It was our first experience in a tiny home, and Scott did a great job on maximizing the space with all of the necessities. The dock was a plus, since our main goal was to fish. We got bass while we were out there and really enjoyed our time out there. The neighborhood leading up to his place wasn’t the greatest, but once you reach his house, it has a beautiful view of the lake. His properties are well kept. Scott was very attentive when we reached out to him, responding well within 10 minutes. I will definitely be a returning guest if I choose to come back out this way.

This place was great!! Check in was very easy. It was clean and the upstairs loft was perfect for our two boys! They had so much fun playing the Xbox! The lake was beautiful at sunset, and my husband was able to dock his boat without any problems. The linens on the bed were so cozy!!! We will be back!!

We have stayed at Chris's multiple times yet each visit is unique and special. We had our Wedding by the pond/cabin/dock on May 25th and Chris was very thoughtful in helping out. We love the area, the cabin, the fishing, and the peace and quiet. It's a place etched in our hearts forever. I can't express in words just how much we Appreciate Chris and Suzy!! 🥰❤️

We were able to get into the home with a wheelchair ramps fairly easy. I know that the host clearly indicated some issues with the wheel chair accessibility of the Home. it would be great to allow more wheelchair bound individuals to enjoy Holly Lake if maybe grab bars could be installed in the bathroom downstairs. Wonderful stay!!!! Beautiful home!!!

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was perfect, right on the lake. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Very private and secluded. The space was clean and comfortable. We will be back again!! Thank you so much!

Great location. Very quiet and peaceful area. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was very flexible with us. We had a last minute cancelation and Vic was able to accommodate us and offered easy check-in and check-out times. Nicely equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. We caught plenty of fish in the pond. I will stay here again.

Im a Texas gal was good to be home with family. Love staying on the lake. Good for the soul. Miss Toni very kind and i love her lake house. Hope to visit again.
