Elevate your stay on Canyon Lake in this unique home, inspired by a speakeasy airport lounge. Take in the hill country air from any one of the 3 decks or enjoy a soak in the Texas sized hot tub, available year round. The thoughtfully equipped kitchen has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs in the game loft you will find a pool table, dart board & an arcade game. We have 3 boat ramps inside our neighborhood as well as a park with basketball court and playground.

The space
Our home sleeps 6 people using 1 king and 2 queen beds, however we are able to sleep up to 8 guests with an additional fee, using 2 fold away beds.

This unique modern home offers 3 bedrooms and sits on a beautiful wooded lot where the deer often rest under the shade trees. Our over sized property allows guests extra space for boat parking and also has RV connections. The home is located in a waterfront neighborhood with 3 boat ramps and park.
Wi-Fi is included.

About The Space
Living Room: Our living room is located on the 1st floor has a cool custom sofa, Bluetooth speaker table, 65" Smart Tv & of course Free WiFi.

Kitchen: Located on the 1st floor. The open concept kitchen has sky high ceilings, custom counter length windows, a stainless side by side fridge, top of the line appliances and a huge island with seating. It is stocked with many different cooking appliances, such as a crockpot, toaster, blender and coffee maker.

In the Dining area we added a beautiful table with seating for 4. Always included dish soap, hand soap, & a complementary coffee bar!

Guest Room 1: (Located at the front of the home)This adorable 1st floor bedroom has a luxury queen bed, 1 nightstand, a lamp, 6 drawer dresser, side chair & a closet. There are 2 fold away beds in the closet . We supply extra sheets and pillows for these beds as well.

Guest Room 2: (located across from bedroom 1) This vintage inspired room offers1 queen bed, 2 lamps, 2 dressers, a side chair and a Smart TV .

The Guest Bathroom is in the hall between the guest rooms on the 1st floor and has a single vanity and shower/ tub combo.

All bathrooms are fully equipped with assorted towel sizes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, & hair dryers.

Laundry Room: Also on the 1st floor our electric washer/ dryer is on site for your needs and includes laundry detergent

Master Bedroom: Retreat upstairs to the Master Bedroom or (Captains Quarters). Snuggle into a California king bed and watch your favorite show on the 55 " Smart TV. The pops of bright color wake up your senses and give you a fun fresh feeling!

The master bathroom has single vanity with touch activated mirror and a huge spa like shower shower.

Game Room: The upstairs the game room has a bright pool table, pub seating, an arcade game and magnetic dart board. You Step out on the a private balcony and take in the fresh air.

Back Deck: Just outside the back door you will find a 16x24 deck with a Texas sized inflatable hot tub, sunshades, cozy seating and a Propane BBQ Grill. Propane is Provided.

The Back Yard: If you venture out into the backyard you will find a stone patio surrounded by shade trees and hammocks. Sit around the fire pit or lay out under the stars.

Our Property is not fenced allowing deer to wonder in.

Our home is also wonderful for corporate stays and groups.

You have direct and private access to this home and will be provided a unique access code prior to arrival .

Other things to note
Pets must be pre-approved. We can not allow aggressive breeds. If approved- Pet Fee is non-refundable and is $125 per pet.

We supply enough toilet paper & paper towels for a 2 night stay. If you plan to stay longer you will want to plan ahead for this.

The home can sleep up to 8 people using 2 twin fold away beds . There is an additional fee per guest for every guest over 6.
