3 bedroom 2 bath….Just a few steps(1 minute walk) to the beach with ocean view/sounds on a spacious patio. Very cozy feel on the inside with this newly remodeled home. Enjoy a day on the beach and relax by the firepit by night. The private outdoor shower with hot water makes it a breeze to wash the beach off before relaxing for the evening. Every room has TV's to enjoy as well. Stingaree's amazing views is just one street over and the Big Store less than 5 minutes down the road.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster oven, air fryer, coffee station with keurig and coffee pot with creamers, Kcups and syrups for flavor. We have two large steam/boil pots for seafood to use on stove.
The master bedroom has adjustable base bed. Each room has charging stations for phones. Fans in each room. Washer/dryer and ample closet space. We have two cots(do not take to beach) and a pack and play(do not take to beach).
plenty of lighting downstairs to hang out and play games with one picnic style table. Charcoal grill and gas grill downstairs. Firepit with 4 chairs. House was remodeled last year and has brand new AC system that will freeze you out!. Patio is 20' by 40' with amazing ocean view. Living, Kitchen and Master all have ocean view as well.
