Vacation rentals with breakfast in Knoxville

This Airbnb definitely lived up to its name as the farmhouse! Loved the layout and how things were decorated. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but I’m quite certain we will book this home again.!

My family and I had a great time here. The view from the property is absolutely beautiful and you can enjoy it from one of three large balconies. The house itself was modern, clean, stylish and one of the best well stocked Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again!

Beautiful home & Beautiful location. Directions were clear. Home was perfect for our girls weekend. Comfy beds & very clean. Only issue we had was active birds nest in the stairwell to the front door. Other than that, we highly recommend this beautiful home.

Carnegie House just keeps getting better! This continues to be the best rental we have ever experienced and we will be booking our next stay again soon. Perfect for Windrock Park riders or just enjoying the Oak Ridge, Tn area. Jonathan's communication is outstanding and the home is set up perfect. We have nothing but great things to say about the Carnegie House and all of it's amenities and attention to detail.

Melissa was awesome to work with. The house was amazing! My grandchildren loved all the games she had. She even gave us a welcome gift of a bottle of wine! 🥰 Highly, highly recommend!!!

What a find! For one thing, it’s a 10-star view. That alone is worth this stay. But it’s also quite convenient to Pigeon Forge without being too close to the throb and sprawl of it all. Not too far from Wears Valley and Gatlinburg too. On another note, these hosts care about their property and your enjoyment of it more than I have ever encountered. You should book this place; it’s special. Be sure to read their story in the literature in-house.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Views of the mountains are spectacular! All the kitchen amenities a plus -- all possible appliances, double oven, induction cook top, silverware, even 3 sets of dishes. Outside kitchen, built-in electric grill, and working hot tub a plus! When we had a small condensation problem with the Split Unit AC, the hosts were there quickly and fixed the issue. We thank Rita and Rodney for providing fresh fruit, organic milk, and other snacks to make our 9-day stay pleasurable! This is the type of home (net-zero and solar) we are looking for to retire; and experiencing this is a huge help. When we come back to Tennessee, we'll definitely book with our new found friends, especially at the $200/night price point! We do have one small suggestion: put a bench at the doorway so people with back problems can sit down to remove/put on shoes when entering/exiting the house.

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

We absolutely loved our time at Nana’s Place. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Hands down, one of the most comfortable stays we’ve ever had. And the milk and cookies? Total chef’s kiss—just the kind of simple touch that makes a place unforgettable. Thanks for sharing your amazing spot with us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.

I’ve been there many times and we always enjoy it, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, the quiet neighborhoods soo beautiful and peaceful!! I can’t wait to come back.

Staying with Charles and Diane was more than just a getaway — it felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. From the start, they made it clear: this is your home while you’re here. Diane is incredibly kind — she made sure we were well-fed, gave us full access to the kitchen, and never let us lift a finger. Charles’s knowledge of the Smoky Mountains was invaluable. He guided us to serene hikes away from crowds and even captured beautiful moments of my partner and me that we’ll always treasure. And the food — unforgettable. Charles’s quiche alone is worth the trip, and yes, the pancakes are orange-infused and absolutely perfect. Their warmth, care, and attention to every little detail made this one of the most meaningful travel experiences we’ve had. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and new friends. Can’t wait to return.

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

Our only regret about this stay was that we couldn't just stay there and hang out. This is a gorgeously preserved and updated historical house on a property made for pictures. The accommodations were just right down to the ice water by the bed when we came in late that evening. Getting to know Syresa was a real treat as we talked over breakfast. It was Sunday and we like historical churches. When we asked if she knew of one, she told us she went to one and we were welcome. It was a wonderful experience. Syresa also told us some local history connected to the house that made us change our afternoon plans to go find the scoundrels. This would be a wonderful place to stay for a week to getaway and still be close to lots of things to do if the desire hits. We would definitely love to come back to hang out with Syresa and Lonnie and their gorgeous farm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great company with an easy going demeanor made for a calm and serene feeling throughout our time at the residence. Also, I highly recommend the breakfast, it was a great way to start the day!

Great place to stay to get away from the noise and busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The room was cozy. Hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the view, I couldn't get over the gorgeous view from the back porch. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend.
