Vacation rentals with a patio in Knox County

The townhouse is located on the Southside of Knoxville. Very convenient location to all the biking and hiking trails. Many nice restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The townhouse itself was clean and quiet. Plenty of convenient parking. We will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this one is on the top! Clean, comfortable, quiet along with a host who was very accommodating and responsive. She let us know we could check in early if we needed which was so nice. I couldn’t have been happier. Oh and it was perfect for our dogs too!!!

Great stay, exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway! Our host reached out throughout the stay to make sure we were happy and did not need anything else. Big space and nice and quiet!

Omaris could not have been a better host. We needed to check in slightly early and she made it work so that we could do that. She also checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was A-OK. Her check in and check out protocols were so concise, clear and easy to understand. Her place was economical and cozy. Had the basic necessities and was very comfy for a family of three. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Clean and comfortable, we found Bill's to be a great place for our family to crash. The TVs were easy to use and the outdoor covered patio was a real bonus as we ate and relaxed out there as well.

We come to Clinton a lot for business, and needed a place to stay in town. So happy to find this location! The place was absolutely pristine, Jerilyn was lovely in her communication, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Slept like a dream! Hope to visit again someday. Thank you!

Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

Sara's place is so calm and peaceful. The location is perfect; right off of Lovell Rd but still secluded enough to feel more rural and quiet. You immediately feel right at home. It's beautifully decorated with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need for your stay. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was for my daughter’s graduation. The house was in a good location, near restaurants and stored but most importantly just a 12 minute ride to UTK. Robert was great to work, a good communicator and very responsive. The house was clean and just as described. Great stay!!!

Stayed here during a business trip to Knoxville. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, and the hot tub was great.

Carnegie House just keeps getting better! This continues to be the best rental we have ever experienced and we will be booking our next stay again soon. Perfect for Windrock Park riders or just enjoying the Oak Ridge, Tn area. Jonathan's communication is outstanding and the home is set up perfect. We have nothing but great things to say about the Carnegie House and all of it's amenities and attention to detail.

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

Not only was the space everything I was looking for but Julie was such an incredible host with her communication and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Enjoyed having a designated parking spot outside of the condo. Grocery store and gas was very close. Area wasn’t noisy at all, we did not eat in the area but saw a lot of options while passing thru to our other destinations.

Great location. Walkable to great restaurants, bars and downtown sightseeing. Condo spacious and plenty of room to spread out. It was great that also pet friendly.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Herby’s place. It had everything that you need. We didn’t cook but the kitchen did have all the basics to make meals. We opted not to walk to Downtown or Old Town. UBERs came quickly & not costly. The area between the unit & downtown & old town is a little desolate but it did not appear unsafe. The bed was very comfortable. We had very few reasons to reach out to Herby but he was very responsive the times we did.
