Vacation rentals with a kayak in Kitty Hawk

This house was fantastic! As advertised it was a very quick walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made it easy to keep everything sand free. The back yard was awesome and while we didn’t cook on the grill we did enjoy using the fire pit to make smores. The beds were very, very comfortable! A+ The house was super clean and fully stocked! The owners clearly take pride in hosting great OBX vacations! Thanks Anthony!

El Sol was located centrally to where we wanted to go. The house offered plenty of household items that aren't always furnished. Our host Sarah was quick to respond/reply when needed. Fun family memories were made!

We absolutely loved our time! The location is beautiful and peaceful. The house itself was extremely comfortable and had a great kitchen! We loved being able to walk to the dock in the mornings and evenings. It was easy to get just about anywhere in OBX. The furniture was all very comfortable as well. Shannon was extremely prompt to respond when we had any question!

We enjoyed our stay! Rona was the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Lots of stuff for kids to do at the house. All we needed for a great OBX vaca for our family of 4 and pup

We loved our stay at Bruce’s! Karin was great and helped us with all of our needs. The place was the perfect size for our two families with two toddlers and two babies. Plenty of space for the kids to play. The location was a 3 minute drive to Jockey’s Ridge and the Sand Dunes, and a three minute drive to beach access. It was close to everything we wanted to do and we enjoyed our stay!

This house was a real pleasure for our family of 5. The house layout was perfect for us. It was spotless and every room was well appointed and felt uncluttered. The beds were great and the showers had good pressure. All the conveniences we’d want for our OBX trip in August were found here, including a short walk to multiple sound access points and a multipurpose trail for jogging and bike riding. Jeff was quick to respond to our questions and was very welcoming. We’ll gladly stay here again in the future.

This was our first trip to OBX and we absolutely loved Duck- what a charming community and the house was in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach and the bikes with the house make town reachable. The house has a great view of the sound and it is well appointed and comfortable. We loved it!

Tina’s place was beautiful, my boyfriend and i enjoyed our stay. Tina was super friendly and responsive. It was real remote and peaceful. Gave us a chance to just kick back and relax. Would definitely stay again

Amazing time at Joseph's place. We loved that it kept with the originality of the first homes built in the area (A-frames) and paid homage to the history with the pirate theme! Very well decorated, super comfortable furniture, and all the amenities needed! Everything looked quite new. We loved the extra downstairs fridge for bait or anything else that might be needed to be stored. The kayak was a blast! The neighbors were wonderful and so very friendly. Loved their personal recommendations for local spots or things to add to the bucket list. The pool was a great addition as well and got plenty of use after a morning of battling waves at the beach! We also loved the folder with extra info, places to stop, and any emergency number needed. We loved the Friday check-ins, and being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. The house exceeded all expectations and the view was positively beautiful! The treasure hunt was a fantastic extra touch!! Would definitely stay again!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Amy's place for a long weekend. Both her home and her spirit of customer service were exceptional. Shortly after making the reservation I had an issue with it (my fault). I reached out to Amy and she quickly helped me work it out in everyone's favor. Thank you Amy! Her home is very well situated, and the view from her backyard is incredible; it could be a special events location. Just incredible. But we were also able to get out and check out the many restaurants and beaches in the area. Amy reached out to us to check in several times, and proactively contacted us with restaurant recommendations, one of which we went to and had a great time. Would definitely head back.

Very secluded and peaceful. Wish the weather had been better throughout our stay but it was very nice to wake up to the sound of the waves and nature. I will say if you have a toddler to make sure to take a safety gate. He made it a challenge wanting to climb the stairs so we went out to buy some for our stay. WiFi is spotty (which is a good thing) but I didn’t realize none of my messages were sent until this morning. My husband and son enjoyed some fishing and caught a few stingrays. I would love to go back later in the year.

The house was perfect for our needs and our dog felt right at home. The beach wasn’t very far away and the location of the home felt like it was in the middle of everything. Randy was a great host and only a message away.

I cannot say enough about this property, it has it all! Walkable beaches, clean home, private cul-du-sac neighborhood, comfy and cozy feel inside the house, amazing amenities included! We had a great vacation filled with many core memories for myself and my family. Chris was very attentive and any questions we had that were not answered in the guidebook he provided were handled by him personally. 10/10 experience from start to finish!

This place is absolutely stunning and so close to the beach yet tucked away from most of the traffic. Lots of outdoor activities to do at the place that the host supply (cornhole boards, kayaks, crab traps, etc). The little tavern next door was perfect for a night cap. Would stay again and would recommend!

We had such an amazing time here! She was quick to respond and the place was beautiful! The backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in and I really appreciated that there was a baby gate for upstairs. We will definitely be coming back!

The perfect place for my families trip to the beach. Beautiful property and great location with lots to do and a quick and easy drive to the beach!
