We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

The kitchen area features light green cabinets and a white countertop, showcasing modern appliances, including a microwave and coffee maker. A glass-block wall separates the space from the bathroom, while soft lighting enhances the overall ambiance.

Spacious above garage apartment with kitchen. Offers full bathroom, living room, eating space and bedroom and private entrance. There are two high quality sleeping sofas in the Air B and B. Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for our group; the finished basement/game room was perfect for the older kids. There was wine waiting for us and crumbl cookies-such a nice treat after our drive to get there. We definitely will book again!
