Place is gorgeous and nicely tucked on a quiet street so it’s very peaceful. Amenities, train station and a McDonalds also very nearby

It’s a great place to stay if you want a traditional place in kyoto. Tatami beds are soft. House is self check in but with clear instructions. Walkable from train station. Very peaceful surroundings. And just outside is the Kamogawa river and a cafe and conbini. Very accessible. Great value for money. Thank you so much

easy check in experience and very clean. sauna gets HOT but was nice after a long day of walking around. small room for 4 people.

Aika’s place was amazing, clean and very convenient in terms of location. Bathroom was spotless and beds were great. Had an excellent time and I’m looking forward to returning here for my next trip!

Everything was perfect and as I wished. I stayed here during November. A beautifully designed and humbly stylish apartment which was super clean and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and quick in correspondance. The place was easily accessible with buses but I love walking so walking distance to the center was about 20-25 and to some of the sightseeing spots of Kyoto also within 20min. Lastly, I could leave my luggage after check out for free for some hours which was very helpful. Made my stay in Kyoto a joy. I will come back here next time in Kyoto. Thank you.

Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I like the aesthetic too! Around 15min walk to Nishiki Market and other restaurants. If I come back to Kyoto we would stay here again.

The location of the B&B is fantastic Nearby Kitaoji Station Botanical Garden Kamogawa Shimogamo Shrine There are also very many restaurants Bus stop in front of the homestay Very convenient The owner of the homestay is kind and considerate Have a welcome snack for us Also prepare tickets for the botanical garden for us There are laundry equipment at the B&B. Replies are quick to respond to messages Overall It's a really great homestay An unforgettable good experience The only downside is The stairs are narrow and small Some difficulty with large luggages Happy to have a nice six days here Thank you
