nice and clean place, close to kutsukawa station, very easy to find. the place is aesthetics. convenience store and supermarket available near the place. many places recommendation around the place accordance to the host'guide the host very helpful and informative. we've really enjoy stay here.

Check in was smooth. There are free rental bikes. I wasn't able to use them, but it's nice that they included that. You'll also find a binder with recommendations from the host. Very helpful!

I had high expectations since I saw the photos and reviews, but it was as comfortable as expected!It was very comfortable with a lot of amenities.

We felt very at home in Yukari’s Airbnb. We wished we had booked to stay longer. This Airbnb was very convenient to get to public transport. It felt like a safe area to walk around. The Airbnb was very comfortable and it had everything you need. It was also very affordable. We would highly recommended Yukari’s Airbnb.

The location is very nice. Near every bus and train station as well as many choices for food. It gave us an great experience on the culture of japan. The host is quick to respond and very helpful. Will defenitely book again when coming back to Kyoto.

I really enjoyed, and appreciate my stay, at Yukari’s. The space is beautifully and effectively laid out. I found it to be very comfortable and accommodating. The location is a 10-12 min walk from the train station. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this AirBnB to all other travelers coming to Kyoto. 💫

Oguri was one of the most passionate hosts we have experienced. With great attention to detail, always helpful and keeping our wellbeing in mind. And... super nice, We were very lucky to get a free slot that suited our plans. Our requirements were: a free parking space in front of the house, quick access to Kyoto and a comfortable home where we could relax after our daily trips through Tokyo. What's more, in a lively neighborhood that offers everything we need for our needs. There was even a post office next door, so Aunt Rosie got her postcard from Yoyo. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended and we will be happy to return on our next trip to Kyoto.

Nice, very clean room with a central location- walkable to kyoto station and other train/bus stops. Nice to have kitchen facilities and a table in a hotel environment. Despite the central location it was well insulated from the outside world and therefore very peaceful. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Very nice and clean flat in a quiet area of Kyoto, close to restaurants, supermarkets, bus stations...Highly recommanded!

I really enjoyed my staying in this lovely house in Kyoto. The location is very convenient if you are planning to explore the whole city. My japanese style room was clean and cosy and I was surprised of its size. There are a couple of nice combini shops near the house and a few local restaurants. I used local transport a lot and had no problems to find everything I needed. Thank you very much for being so friendly and helpful! I would love to stay in your lovely Tokihouse once again!

It was a very comfortable stay though the place is a bit far from the city center. Our room is big enough for the five of us. We liked it so much because we can cook just like home. The beds are super comfortable, we had a good night sleep. The thing is that we just stayed overnight instead of 2 nights because we need to leave earlier for Nagoya. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Kyoto some other time.

Benedict was very responsive to our message. Since this was our first time to Kyoto, we missed the train and took the wrong bus, causing us unable to reach the airbnb for check in on time. Benedict was so patient and was even worried about us and asked whether we are OK and reminded us to be cautious coming back. It was easy to locate the airbnb as it was registered and can be found easily on maps. The house was clean, with all the complete amenities such as washer, dryer, microwave and so on. Rooms are spacious and we were comfortable staying there. As for the location, the nearest bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance. It will take some transit time to travel from the bus station to transfer to the train station. It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Other than that, everything is good. Benedict has even provided a huge map on the wall, full of recommendations and places to go for our references. Thank you again for hosting us.

Great place if you're looking for somewhere comfortable and affordable to stay. The staff we're very helpful giving me all the details of the stay as well as accommodating early check-in which was very much appreciated! Also within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars, as well as the Kyoto Pokemon Center!
