Very clean and style tatami room, the boss is very good and talkative, close to Kiyomizu Temple is suitable for getting up early to hit the card, there is also free breakfast, when the store clerk helped call a car, and I need to stay here next time in Kyoto

The location is great, quiet without tourists 😍 but near to the main attractions (metro and buses 6min by walk maximum) I loved the bathroom only for women well designed, perfect private space in the individual showers to change and it was always clean everyday. You can also store your luggage for free and lot of restaurants around. The mattress was a bit thin for me (upper bed) :/ so for 3 nights it was okay. Thank you again 😇

Aika’s place was amazing, clean and very convenient in terms of location. Bathroom was spotless and beds were great. Had an excellent time and I’m looking forward to returning here for my next trip!

Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I like the aesthetic too! Around 15min walk to Nishiki Market and other restaurants. If I come back to Kyoto we would stay here again.

This is a very good place. It has very good bus connectivity to Kyoto station. The host is wonderful, friendly and super responsive. Beautiful family and wonderful place with very good amenities.

We had a great time staying here, the place was beautiful and felt like a little taste of traditional Japanese living while also being modern. The hospitality of the host and little details made it a wonderful experience, and the washer/dryer and rooftop were a great bonus. The only thing that was difficult were the stairs, as we were on the top floor and there was no elevator. But the host kindly helped us with our bags during checkin. Would definitely stay here again :)

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near Toji Temple, there is a bus on the 16th bus at the doorstep, so it is very convenient to get to Kyoto Station.It is important to note that the 16th car only runs every half an hour to plan the time. The room is clean and spacious, with a high-end shower and toilet facilities.There is a kitchenette in the room, a common washing machine and a dryer on the roof terrace, a reception room on the first floor, a coffee machine, a luggage room, a bathroom, and a small outdoor garden and a bicycle.The house is comfortable and convenient to live in. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, one of our companions accidentally twisted his feet, and he immediately prepared the ointment and said that he could help take care of it the next day so that the rest of us could travel to Kyoto with confidence. All in all, it was a great accommodation experience, and I will choose his house next time I go to Kyoto.

this is a super nice place to stay at, nice quite neighborhood with friendly locals. located near toji temple which has a bus stop outside so you can get to all the places around kyoto will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Everything was as described. Located 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. There is a supermarket three minutes away. The room is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. Book now - you won't regret it)
