Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kamaole Beach Park I

This was a great spot for our family to stay! the beach is within 5 minutes of walking distance. There were plenty of things for us to use at the beach such as beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The space was big enough for us and we found everything we needed to cook. The grocery store is close as well as some coffee spots. It was our first time to Maui so the location was great as far as going to different parts of the island. We did use the pool and hot tub after a long day at the beach which was so refreshing. We would recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

We liked the pool a lot! We also liked to play tennis and there were 2 rackets and tennisballs in the apartment. Great! The kitchen was easy to use and well equipped. The shower is very nice and the bed great. You could also use all the beach equipment. There is a beach litterally across the street. We rather liked to hike and found the location great because it was easy to get everywhere on the island. Also foodland is quite close and in Kahului, which is a 15 min drive, is every shop you want. So nothing missing. We had a great stay!

Had a great few days in Kihei!

Ray and Elsa’s place was perfect for our Hawaiian get away! It is a quick walk across the street from a beautiful beach and quick drive to many more. Amenities listed in the condo, including fins, snorkels, water shoes, chairs, and more as well as activity recommendations from the hosts made for an easy adventure filled trip.

When searching for a nice place to stay sight unseen, especially after such a loss to the community, we were pleasantly surprised. We wanted something private yet still in the heart of the activity for our wedding and honeymoon. Maui is breathtaking, and the views from the balcony were incredible. Every day, we could see sea turtles in the water from our private beach, and we were even greeted by a few that spent the night on the beach during our stay. The space was fantastic, and the bed was really comfortable. It was also conveniently close to necessities like the ABC store and a few shopping centers. Heidi was very prompt when we reported a minor issue, and she resolved it quickly while keeping us updated throughout the process. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely be recommending this spot to all our friends and family, and we hope to visit again sometime!

Really cute and well appointed space. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Bed and linens were very comfortable. I will definitely book again with Ted!

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnb! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed (beach towels, chairs, coffee maker plus more that we didn't even use!). We really enjoyed making coffee and relaxing on the outside patio in the mornings. There is a cute beach right across the way from the condo, but it's otherwise not very walkable to shops or restaurants so I recommend renting a car (parking is easy at the complex) or bikes if you plan to stay here as downtown Kihei is really close by but will be easier to get to by car as the road to get there is fairly busy and didn't have consistent sidewalks. The location is great as it's a very short drive to downtown Kihei and you're not far from more major roadways if you want to head into Paia or upcountry for the day. The hosts were also incredibly helpful with recommendations and highly responsive! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - we'll be back!

Adams place was everything we hoped it would be and I checked out dozens in the area before we picked this one. Walkable (within 5 min) to many great restaurants and cool little shops for t-shirts and beachy wear at great prices. The beaches are pristine and start right across the street running in both directions. Watching the surfers was a daily activity as well as the watching the beautiful sunsets. The condo had all of the beach toys you might want and even though it's a one bedroom I can see a family staying here. Adam was responsive and got back to us almost immediately with the couple of questions I had.

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Has an awesome view with a relatively short walk to the beach. (We actually saw sea turtles there!!) The location was not far from wherever we wanted to go. The beds were comfy (a big plus for us after multiple back surgeries), as was the sectional sofa. Plenty of room for us to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer/dryer available was extremely helpful. I may have missed this in the posting, but the first floor is a separate rentable area than the second floor. Luckily no one was in the first floor so we basically had the place to ourselves. We'd definitely stay again and had a wonderful time!!!

We had an excellent stay at Pookela Paradise! We were on a girls trip and each had our own bedroom! Everyone commented on how comfortable our beds were and how well we all slept every night with windows open and a wonderful cross breeze in the house. Coming from hot, humid Florida I was worried about not having AC. The temperature was perfect. There was a beautiful kitchen/dining area but we ate out most of the time. We enjoyed drinks on the porch in the morning and late afternoon. The area was great for traveling to Haleakala at 4:30 am. Made it in a little over an hour for sunrise. Also close to the Road to Hana, beaches, and an hour to Old Lahaina Luau. The town of Makawao had some cute shops and restaurants. We could walk to town from the Airbnb. I would definitely recommend Mark’s Airbnb to friends/family and would stay there again! Mark is a great host!

Robert was amazing to deal with! Great communicator, very accommodating of the guest, and seemed very genuine. The Westin at Kaanapali speaks for itself! It has everything…pools, great location, awesome beach front ! Had a great ocean view! And view of the pools! The room was very spacious. It was just two of us but we could have had two more people on the sofa bed easily. Small kitchen with full fridge and ice maker allowed for in room meal accommodations and cold refreshments. Spacious bathroom . It was five star plus! We had a hard time leaving… it was perfect and there is always so much to do in Hawaii.

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, condo was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning unit in living room and bedroom kept us cool and comfortable. Great location with park and beach right across the street and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. I'll definitely be coming back.

The new Kula Jewel is an amazing property with an incredible panoramic view of the island with an exceptionally cozy and spacious interior and a lovely porch. The main living area and kitchen were beautifully designed and highly functional which made us feel at home. The master bedrooom was so relaxing with a great mattress and was made even better when opening the windows at night and listening to the gentle rhythm of raindrops falling. The master bathroom design was brilliant. Pamela and the property manager Jim made sure our young daughter was well taken care of by setting up a comfortable pullout twin size bed in the Master so she could stay in the same room with us and not be scared. The other two bedrooms were spacious and well equipped, we just didnt need to use them. Pamela is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of working with on Airbnb. Her commnication was superb, recommendations for what to do and where to eat on the island spot on, and we cant wait to come back!

The resort is older but well maintained. Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff. nice pool area, BBQ & sand bottom hot tub. we did not have a lanai but there is a group BBQ area. I enjoyed the gym and the peaceful surroundings. The beach is across the street. All in all a wonderful vacation experience.

The place is amazing, centrally located. View is top notch, we saw turtles from our balcony almost everyday. Leslie was extremely responsive and accommodating.

April was perfectly communicative and responsive. She proactively solved an issue within a responsable amount of time and we found the rental to have everything we needed for a walkable beach trip in Kihei. The pool area was also quite nice with a public hot tub that we were able to use at different occasions when the families with loud children finally vacated the area. The location cannot be beat for thise who want to walk. The rental even had beach chairs and umbrellas that made our beach days more enjoyable.

The location was great! Right across the street to Kihei Beach and it’s beautiful sunsets. But a real plus are the extras you just can’t bring with you. Ice Chest, with a gel pack and enough ice trays to make ice for the cooler, beach chairs, bogie board, a few snorkel, googles, and fins. Thank you Scott for making our Kihei stay perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. The views are great from sunrise until sunset! Really nice to be right on beach and all the staff in the complex were super friendly. The unit is super cozy and has all the necessities one needs while traveling. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time staying in Sara’s airbnb! It was exactly as described, very spacious, and close to everything. It was so nice to wake up and see the beautiful ocean right out the window. We also appreciated how clear Sara & her team’s instructions and recommendations were.

Loved staying at the Molokini condo! Great location! Very walkable to morning coffee, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Views and sunsets are beautiful. The condo is modern, comfortable, and clean. This is our 2nd stay there and will definitely stay there again in the future. Ashley is a fantastic host!
