Great spot in Lincoln! Loved the place and would love to come back!

We stayed during off season and almost had the place to ourselves. Resort amenities were nice. Bed was comfortable. Host was quick to respond. Would stay here again.

The cozy cabin was a lovely stay as usual. It is the perfect getaway from city life and is exactly as pictured/ described. This cabin is so special to me, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some tranquility. ❤️

Easy to find, conveniently located with lots of hikes and food options nearby. Very quiet. The loft makes the place feel much larger and plenty of room for 2 people. Great communication and hospitality to ensure we found the place. Bed was super comfy and kitchenette has most things you would need. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but it’s cozy.

Perfect for a friend and I to have a cozy and fairly priced place to stay at Sunday River. Clean and comfortable couch. Free movies on the TV. Balcony was great. Would stay again.

Tim’s Property was great! A beautiful spacious home. The indoor pool and hot tub are a great amenities. Would recommend 10/10 and would absolutely stay again.

We had an awesome stay at Adley’s house. Our 3 year old son loved staying at home and playing with toys more than roaming around New Hampshire :) Adley is very communicative and takes every effort to make you comfortable at home. We stayed here for 5 days and last 2 days experienced little snowfall in early morning. Surroundings are very beautiful, peaceful and pleasant. This house provides every essential amenity. If we ever come back to NH, we will definitely stay at Adley’s place again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect because the size of the cabin at that reasonable of a price made us a little wary! But we were pleasantly surprised with everything being exactly as listed and advertised. Mary Jane and Judy made sure to give clear instructions for everything. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities that we needed. The wood stove and bathtub jacuzzi were a great bonus! The only thing that was missing an outdoor fireplace, the yard is perfect size for it! The river behind the house was beautiful as well. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

We had a magical weekend and the peaceful beautiful quiet setting of the Cottage was just what we needed. Our dogs had fun romping with Gill and Izzy. Enjoyed walks and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the surrounding area, particularly Dog Mountain and various food options, recommended by our fantastic hosts in Saint J. Will definitely be back, perhaps to see the colors in the Fall.

It's in a very quiet area of VT, so don't expect the hustle and bustle of a city. There are no TVs, which we love about it, so maybe bring your favorite board game or a book. There are some great walking trails around the property to check out. Finally, our dog Monty loved the place. They have a big fenced-in area out back for your dog to run! Highly recommend!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. I was only there for a quick overnight, but world definitely stay again.

Cecile’s cabin was wonderful and she is an excellent host. She was always very responsive and the cabin exceeded all of our expectations. It is on a perfect plot of land with an amazing view. I would strongly recommend.

This was a perfect spot for me and my dog, plenty of space for him to play both inside and out, and I very much appreciated the Peets dark roast and french press available! Would have been happy to stay an extra night or two.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s house in our white mountains foliage trip. Very quiet and stunning views of the mountains in color right in the living room. Secluded location but very short drive to Jackson and Conway. We would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Perfect fall getaway with stunning colors and views. Great location to get around the White Mountains, easy access to I-93 but super quiet and peaceful property. Cute little cabin perfect for sleeping at the end of a long day. Gunnar was always responsive and greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us around and gave great hiking recommendations. We made a fire on the chilly night and enjoyed the peace. Beautiful brook about a 15 minute walk through the woods:) I totally recommend staying here!

I have been there once before. This time I brought my Golden Retriever & Keita welcomed Henry with open arms. Henry never met a cat before so we kept the cats & him separated (which wasn't difficult) since we didn't know how friendly he would be with the cats. It was cold outside this time of year but still a really nice place to take the dog & explore the nature paths around Keita's property. Nice place to stay & would stay there again.

Mary was an outstanding host! Very communicative and flexible when needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the swimming pool. Kitchen was very useful and stocked with everything you would typically need.

This beautiful condo was the perfect jumping off point for a relaxing and fun fall weekend in the White Mountains. The host was very responsive and proactive in reaching out and making sure we had everything we need. The condo itself was very cozy and had all that we could ask for. We will definitely book again!

We love staying here! It is big enough for our whole family to come, but still not feel crowded. It is a good price for what you get, and we are excited to hopefully go back next year!

This is the second time we have stayed at John’s condo. The condo is clean and fully stocked with any supplies you may have forgot. It is in a great location as well. We enjoyed using the pool and a plus for me was doing our laundry before we left. We appreciated all of the communication from John and the binder he left was very helpful as well. We will definitely be staying at John’s condo again as long as he is renting it out.
