The equation was perfect for our needs in the kingdom, the place was warm, super clean, comfortable beds, all the needed amenities, the grounds were immaculate. Plenty of space. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this spot! The location of this house is great. Close to a lot of hikes and ski resorts in the White Mountains. Walkable distance to what the town has to offer. We loved the amenities that this place had to offer. David was a great host who was very easy to communicate with. 10/10 stay!

Nice place. Nice host. We used it as a base for hiking by day and chilling by the campfire in the evening.

10/10 recommend!!! We love staying at Pete's place. This was our 4th year staying and it's always a highlight of our year. The house is spotless and smells amazing. It is very suitable for young children and has 5 beds to choose from. We can't wait for our next stay and to visit all the local shops again next year!

The North Conway Casita was amazing! Our children loved the hot tub and nice backyard to throw snowballs in. The house was extremely clean and inviting, and the pellet stove kept the whole place feeling like we were in a winter wonderland. The hosts were super nice and informative. Would highly recommend this stay!

These were wonderful days! We are delighted with everything in this house: the cleanliness, everything new and working perfectly. Congratulations on managing to keep everything so perfect. We will give it five stars, but if we could we would give it a thousand!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

I've been coming here for years and find Laurie and her husband to be like long lost friends. Freshly baked banana bread is there when I arrive and the space is spotless clean d feels like home.

We had a fantastic stay here! So insanely beautiful, peaceful, quiet. The apartment is very charming and spacious. I do think its kind of silly Airbnb won't let them list the interior room as a bedroom. It is a large room and nice dark sleeping space. I really appreciate they allow dogs. We had no issues and really enjoyed out stay! We will be back.

The cozy cottage is just the perfect place for our home base while we explored Mt Washington and beyond. The unit had everything we needed- to include personal hygiene items that we needed. Plenty of space for four adults- with bed space to spare! We parked directly next to the unit which made for easy load and unload. Five star experience!

Definite five star rating! I stayed here to care for my father and it was a peaceful place to come home to while I was away from home. Multiple amenities including a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen. Tastefully decorated. I had to alter my reservations twice and Nicholas was very flexible and responsive. Thanks!

We had a great time at Michael’s place and he was even kind enough to let us use the fire place during the evenings. He even went above and beyond by sending out an extremely detailed instructions for check in and check out. Would recommend this place for those looking to get away from it all!!

We had a great time staying at Bill and Cheryl’s condo. Everything was what we expected and more. The views from the backyard were breathtaking especially when it snowed. We definitely would recommend a stay here and will be back!

pamleas place was very well kept and the backyard was very beautiful, she also gave excellent local recommendations that we absolutely loved and enjoyed going to, the furniture was very comfortable after a long day to relax

It's a great condo with everything you'd need for a short stay. The surroundings are very beautiful yet close to stores and restaurants. The host was very accommodating to early arrivals. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

This place is beautiful and cozy! The fireplace and balcony were my favorites. I loved hearing the running water outside it was so peaceful. Also located in a prime location that met all our needs of food, hiking, leaf peeping, & driving the Kancamagus. First time coming to see the foliage in fall and it was magical on all aspects!
