We had the most wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated basement apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and surprisingly spacious. The two bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa with its large shower and amazing Jacuzzi tub. The full kitchen had everything we needed, and the cozy living room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved the private entrance—it truly felt like our own little retreat. One of the biggest highlights was the saltwater pool and hot tub! After hiking the Appalachian Trail and visiting nearby wineries, it was such a treat to come back and unwind poolside. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to great restaurants, parks, and even pickleball courts, and just a short drive to so many outdoor adventures. The hosts were kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay & already planning to come back!

We enjoyed the hot tub! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the giant dining room table. Lots of natural light throughout upstairs.

This place was absolutely perfect, fit perfectly with the size of our party with PLENTY of room to spare. The how was beautiful and relaxing and felt just like home. I would 100% recommend this house. We were there for a graduation at Shepherd university and a day trip to downtown Harpers Ferry, both were with a few minutes to each!!! Thank you for the PERFECT weekend!!!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Absolutely the Best Airbnb Experience We’ve Ever Had! This was our first vacation with our 9-month-old daughter, and it couldn’t have gone more perfectly. The house was exactly as described—immaculately clean, extremely spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We loved everything about the space. The hosts were outstanding—very responsive and checked in with us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting Deb while they were working on a nearby property—she was so warm and friendly! We’re already planning to return to one of their homes this fall because the experience was that incredible. We also loved how much there was to explore in the area. Highly recommend—this was easily the best stay we’ve ever had. Thank you for being so professional, welcoming, and kind!

Riverview Retreat was an excellent place for our girls weekend. It had plenty of parking and room for all of us in the house. It was close to wineries that we enjoy. Michelle is an excellent host.

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay! Super cozy, very clean, and close to restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. The backyard is a peaceful spot to relax. The fire pit and hot tub are an added bonus. Kim and Jonathan are quick to respond and have equipped the home with everything you may need. Would absolutely love to stay again!

The location was very private. I felt like I was somewhere in the middle of the mountain. The jacuzzi was great. We also used the fire pit in the back. All in all I felt relaxed on the property. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Herry's A-frame - it was the most adorable cozy place with great amenities and easy to follow instructions. Just a short drive away from Harper's Ferry and all the sights. Would highly recommend!

If you want to be in the middle of busyness and noise this is not the place but if you want total peace and rest, look no further. The drive to the home is up a long country mountain road and the reward is this amazing cabin that sits beautiful on top of the mountain at the end of the road. Unblocked views for miles from the front porch and amazing hot tub. Grab your groceries before arriving cause once you arrive you will not want to leave. Rest, refreshment and rejuvenate are the 3 R’s when it comes to this place. The hosts communicate so effectively before arrival and everything is in great condition so there were not needs to communicate during our stay. However before arrival they were always responsive and helpful. Loved our time here and if you’re looking for the 3 R’s, I’m sure you will love it too!

The AirB&B was great! It was exactly as described, and a great location to what we wanted to experience. Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us recommendations for places to visit which we appreciated. Overall a 10/10 experience!

We absolutely loved our stay, it was so peaceful and quiet at the top of the mountain. Lots of great outdoor spaces and having the hot tub was a bonus. We had everything we needed in the house as well. It is clean and well decorated. We had seven people and two dogs and never felt crowded. We enjoyed using the grill and both fire pits. Was amazing to hear the stream running past the house and all of the birds singing. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again soon.

The host was very helpful and checked in with us during our stay. The yard is beautiful and the house was very well stocked. It is also in a great location. It was the perfect place for a long weekend with friends.

We fell in love with this beautiful spot! We could have sat out in the deck for hours listening to the stream & looking at the little pond & surrounding areas! We also loved sitting around the fire pit & listening to the stream right behind us!
