House vacation rentals in Jefferson County

The “Derby Winner” was a wonderful and fitting home for our stay. 4 bedrooms—all with king size beds—was perfect for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. Tony & Danielle are amazing hosts and we’re always responsive to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay!

This is a great place to stay, peaceful and quiet! Pool, hot tub, and bar came in handy when relaxing The margarita maker was clutch lol Dustin is always responsive when needed!

This home looked new, very clean and open. The extras, games, snacks, coffee were great. we could walk to Hanover College which was why we were there. Road noise mentioned in the listing was so minimal, we really never noticed. This home is beautiful and very comfortable. Will absolutely go back when we visit grandaughter in college!

We loved having such a cool, fun place to stay while we visited Madison and Clifty Falls. Lisa’s place had absolutely everything we needed to make our trip seamless. We were able to walk from the house to the downtown area and along the river and enjoy the charming beauty of this town. Lisa is a very communicative host and really goes out of her way to make you feel right at home. Love that this place was pet friendly and had a fenced in yard for our two dogs. Definitely would come back again!

The property was beautiful, with an excellent kitchen and lots of space. The location provided easy access to downtown Madison, with its many bars and restaurants. Our group was able to easily go on a hike at Clifty Falls, buy vegetables at the small farmers market, and visit coffee shops each morning. Our whole group was very satisfied with the property itself and the hosts.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend getaway! The place was clean, cute, and incredibly cozy. The whole place was thoughtfully decorated with charming little touches that made it feel like home (but better). Everything was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell the hosts really care about the space. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area was perfect for late-night chats, movies, and snacks. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast together, and we even spent a night outside on the patio, which was just as inviting as the inside. If you’re looking for a relaxing, picture-perfect place to unwind with friends, this is it!

This is a lovely home on Main Street, within walking distance of nice restaurants and places to shop. It is clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful when there was a slight TV glitch when we first got there--he talked me through some troubleshooting steps and that fixed the problem. Though on Main Street, it is just on the outskirts of the main retail section and so reasonably quiet outside, and very quiet and peaceful inside. A great place to stay and experience all that Madison has to offer.

Great place in Madison. Very well stocked kitchen with high end cookware. The range and vent hood were great. We loved private patio area and fire pit. Very cute place, comfy beds. Walkable to the river, shopping, and restaurants.

So nice, I’ve stayed twice! This is my second time in the bungalow and my second great experience! The bungalow is such a relaxing stay. We will see you again!

Great location and easy walk to town and the Ohio river. Grandson wanted to walk to "Ohio" alot. Close to Clifty Falls. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Had a great time on our weekend trip Madison. The house looked like it was recently completely redone and was extremely modern and clean. It featured a stocked kitchen with much of the items required for some meals in. The only issue we encountered through the whole weekend is that the Keurig would not power on when we arrived despite watching videos and trying suggested reset procedures. We just ran to the nearby WalMart and got a cheap drip coffeemaker. No big deal. Jonie was super responsive and helpful as well. The beds were new and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Although the location is a neighborhood it was pretty quiet and safe at night. The only suggestion would be to maybe get some fold out chairs or patio furniture so guests could sit outside if desired. Overall I'd give the house and experience with Jonie a 10/10. Thanks for making our couples trip a great one! We loved how close the location is to downtown Madison.

My family loved the place went for a daughters 13th birthday they left and card and flowers for her on counter went above and beyond for her made it special for her 5 star !!

This cottage is charming and you feel at home the minute you cross the threshold. It's tastefully decorated and updated without losing the historic charm. We loved the location which is off the main drag but easily walkable to the downtown shops. The back deck was a quiet place to enjoy breakfast and the perfect weather we were blessed with. Everything was clean, fresh, and spotless. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area! Loved it!

We loved our stay at Marcy‘s! It was the perfect walking distance from all the local shops on Main Street! Marcy’s kitchen was well equipped with all the things we needed to make breakfast, as well as coffee. The space was very clean, and looked like the pictures provided in the listing! Marcy provided multiple recommendations of things to do in the area and provided clear communication upon check-in and checkout. We would love to come and stay again next year!
