Townhome vacation rentals in Jackson County

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

Nice quiet area next to the river. The host was excellent!! Place was great! Everything is nearby.! Thanks for a great stay!

Aida was wonderfully helpful. We stayed over Christmas and liked it so much that we are now renting for close to a year while building our home. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable with every amenity you can think of. We are grateful to have found such a lovely place with such wonderful landlords. Karen and Bill

Aida has gone above and beyond to offer a clean and very comfortable place, full with thoughtful items, extremely comfortable bed in master, plenty of room and welll lit. We were visiting family and truly appreciated having such a beautiful and welcoming place to retreat to! I was new to airbnb and Aida was very quick to respond to assist me!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The home was so cozy…the photos truly don’t do it justice. Communication with Aida was great. She gave great instructions that were easy to follow as far as getting to and in the house and she was also very friendly! The location was quiet and peaceful, but close enough to everything you could need. The house was spacious and had the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental. My favorite part of the trip was the time we spent cozied up together in the house. Don’t hesitate to book with Aida…you won’t be disappointed!

Very pleasant and clean. Nice decor without being cluttered. Nice kitchen. Great view. We were here in December and there was even a Christmas Tree.

This townhouse cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the Mountain View’s, local hiking, and amenities available through Curtis. Thank you again looking forward to visiting again.

This was our second time staying at Haley's and would recommend. Haley is very easy to communicate with. The location is very good and in good proximity to Cashiers/Highlands area, hiking to waterfalls and outdoor activities and close to restaurants which are on the property and /or a short drive. The condo is clean and comfortably furnished with everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again. Toni and Clint

Dawn was a super generous and communicative host. She gave us very straight forward rules and directions and even invited us to a 4th of July fireworks show. The townhouse is well equipped with everything needed, and it's very close to downtown Waynesville. There are many restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back in the future.

The place was clean and comfortable, easy to find and the area amenities are just a short drive away. We were very satisfied yet we would come back to stay within walking distance to the recreational facilities next time.

We loved everything about the condo except that the kitchen needed to be better stocked. It felt sparking clean on arrival, it was cozy and comfortable, we loved the fireplace and master suite, and it was a great location.

Good location, close to restaurants and skiing, but very quiet. Good space inside, with big tvs in every room, board games, Foosball, washer, dryer, full kitchen. Small area out back with seating, but it's a little boxed in. Good spot for a future jacuzzi, perhaps :). Host was very responsive and check in was easy. Just a simple code that activates at rental time provided on the day.

Was surprised to find that we actually had a two bedroom townhome. From the photos and description we were expecting one king bed and then a sofa bed only. This was a wonderful and welcome surprise. The amenities were nice. We do wish they had been open a bit later, but that’s out of the homeowner’s control of course. Please note there is an amenity fee for each day of the stay. I suggested to Debbie that they try putting that in the description rather than its place in house rules so that it stands out more. She took the suggestion well and said she will try. She was very communicative and the place was very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located and the staff is very friendly. Would stay again.

I can’t say enough wonderful comments about the Sapphire Jewel. The condo is quiet, well appointed, with beautiful, comfortable furniture and everything you need. It was a perfect home away from home for us for our almost 3 week stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, WiFi is fast, and the community is very friendly. When you sit out in the screened in porch, it feels like you are floating in the trees. Our family was able to work, relax and use the condo as a peaceful home base. The amenities were great, we loved taking advantage of the gym and fishing daily in the private lake. Elizabeth is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. If you want to explore this beautiful area, you will be very happy if you choose to stay at the Sapphire Jewel.

It's a beautiful unit, totally updated and well-decorated. A+ Hosts went above and beyond to make sure the stay went smoothly. Love d it, wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend!

The home is quiet and peaceful, and is located near the Trillium clubhouse and its beautiful golf course. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend of serene mountains and golf. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Cozy condo with beautiful waterfall views! Adam & Perla we’re quick to reply to a few questions & even came promptly to ensure the fireplace would work for our stay! We wandered up the hill to the Mexican restaurant our first night, delicious food & drinks! Back at the condo, the Kitchen was fully stocked & allowed us to cook a few meals during our stay. We were surprised by Adam & Perla on new years night when they popped in to deliver champagne & grapes (to eat so we would have luck for the new months - a fun tradition), this was so sweet of them & made us feel so welcomed. What a beautiful place to ring in the new year!!

We had a great stay! it is someone's house with personal belongings and toys, most of it was put away. There was plenty of free space in the fridge for us to use. Townhouse is older , but it was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again, great value, especially considering that we could bring our dog with us! Host was quick to respond too
