It’s in a very cool neighborhood with legit local ma and pa places within walking distance. It’s in close proximity to the airport and close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need!

We had a good time staying here and he was quick to respond and to check on us really great service.

Neisha was proactive reaching out before our arrival and checked in throughout. We were visiting for a 3-day event at the Hard Rock and walking a lot to and from. All the folks in the neighborhood were super friendly and Neisha’s place was a great crash pad - clean, cozy, and comfortable. She’s done a really good job of providing a lot in a small place without it feeling cluttered. We’d definitely stay again.

An amazing host, my family loved the stay!

Excellent place, clean, organized, perfect for a couple with a child. He allowed us to check in a little earlier, the instructions were clear and simple to check in, he always responded quickly, it was perfect for our flight, which was very early, the neighborhood is very welcoming and has shops nearby.

The home was gorgeous!! The pictures don’t do it justice. Fully stocked home with drinks and snacks upon arrival. The area and neighborhood was nice and peaceful. I celebrated my birthday here & this was the perfect home to host me and my 6 friends. Our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and patio area. Would definitely book again in the future. Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

This is the second time I've stayed at Rosie's house She is very kind and the house is cozy, clean and with all the amenities for 2 people I really enjoy staying at her house

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

Wow where can I start? I’ve been to FL multiple times and at a variety of Airbnbs. This BnB was hands down the BEST one I’ve ever stayed at in FL. It had literally every single thing you can think of, smelled fresh, nice and cool, everything spotless. Cutely decorated and modern. Even had a couple of complimentary water bottles in the fridge for me. Felt like a home away from home truly. Parking right in front the door, safe area esp at night. Perfect for solo females or couples. Honestly I thought so hard about anything could’ve been different or better. Only thing would be a little roof on top of the door for the rain but that was it. Otherwise my stay was PERFECT couldn’t have been better. The hosts were responsive & genuinely care about place and it shows. Even gave me a later checkout with no extra charge. I can go on & on about how great of a place this is but don’t think about it just BOOK NOW. Thank you SurFlo for hosting me. I will be back soon! You now have a forever guest

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

The perfect place to stay! 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 30 minutes away from downtown Miami. The home is clean and everything matches the photos. The kitchen is newly renovated and the living room is spacious. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area. A+ hosting as well.

I cannot thank Jason and Dave enough this was literally the most awesome experience the studio is beautiful so cozy! I enjoyed every second! They are great super responsive and amazing hosts! Will definitely be coming back!

If you want a condo on the beach that is steps from the pool and the sand, with an incredible view, this is it. Building is safe/secure which is super important to me. Everything was immaculate, new, modern. Kitchen is super well stocked, cooked twice in the kitchen two totally different meals and wasn’t missing a single ingredient (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc). There is a Publix on the same street (on the west side of the street) which is super convenient. Pool area is immaculate, so are pool bathrooms. Pool was never crowded which is saying a lot because we went on spring break. Guests were friendly and so were the staff of the building. You’ll appreciate the result of the buildings rules because you feel safe, more private, it’s a beautiful space and it’s very well kept. Will definitely be back!! PSA: Vodka penne at “The Boardwalk Restaurant” on the strip is AMAZING. Italian/American food at 1400 N Surf Rd.

We had a fabulous stay- clean and lovely views. Only complaint would be the long wait times for the elevator.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

This is a great place to stay—just one block from the Hollywood Boardwalk and the beach! It’s quiet, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended!
