We enjoy our stay. Mike provided instructions ahead of time and answered questions quickly. The cottage is clean and peaceful. Coffee maker and coffee, the shower is great. An excellent place to rest after running a half marathon. Thank you Mike !

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

Luz’s place was amazing. Perfect for my families weekend getaway. My Granddaughter loved running around the backyard freely (away from the pool of course). Luz was an excellent host! Very friendly, made us feel at home. We will definitely be back:)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Christine was extremely helpful and responsive. She was so clear with instructions and everything was exactly as described. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The yard was also very big. Perfect for a weekend getaway as it was close to everything. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay near Hampton Bays. Would absolutely return.

Perfect for a girls weekend!

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

This was our second stay at Michelle's place and it was again a delight. The home is comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Checking in and out was easy. And Michelle is super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely love to stay again when we are next in the area!

I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

We enjoyed staying at Diana's house. Diana was a great host, the house cozy and convenient for where we wanted to go.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Our stay was fantastic, the patio and backyard were perfect for us to hang out all weekend. The rooms and house were clean and well kept. Kitchen had all the essentials for us to cook and checking out was a breeze with very lax rules. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Would absolutely return here!! Just be aware the gps will bring you around the block instead of to the actual driveway.

Great spacious place, enjoyed our stay!

This was my first time renting an Airbnb. It was a good experience finding the place on the Airbnb website. Entering the property was easy. We had driveway parking for free. The rooms were clean and it was a peaceful environment. Angela

This space was absolutely amazing. It was clean quiet and incredibly beautiful. As we sat looking out over the pond a young male deer with little stubby horns walked by, stopped to stare at us for a while, and then moved on. Obviously we already booked our return trip to stay again. I highly recommend this space to personal and business travelers. Enjoy!!!!

We had an amazing weekend at Sol’s Place! The house is in the perfect spot, sitting right above the beach - which you can reach by taking some steps down. The big terrace was definitely a highlight, with unbelievable views over Long Island Sound, perfect for catching those amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house itself is super nice. The beds were really comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the shower was just perfect. Sol was an awesome host, always quick to respond to any questions. He gave us some great recommendations for local spots and restaurants. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we can totally recommend it.

Andrea was a fantastic host who was warm, welcoming and her home was beautiful and very clean! She accommodated last minute after another reservation didn’t pan out because they had to make an unexpected repair to the home. So grateful to have had the opportunity to stay with her and the art show was a success thanks to her generosity of accommodating last minute. It’s no wonder her listing has all 5 star rating - Would recommend staying with her any time!
