Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Place is exactly as advertised. Would stay here again.

My family and I traveled for a weekend vacation to the Nina’s home. Location was easy to find and check in was smooth. Place is just as described and clean. Balcony has a beautiful view to the beach. The elevator had a bit of a wait time but nothing out of what was expected. Very easy food and beach access. Would recommend and would be back.

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

Kialea's place was clean and comfortable. We really liked the location. The condo is close to beaches, so many restaurants, Silversands and quick access to 30A. We highly recommend Kialea's place for all these reasons.

We loved our stay in Panama City Beach, the view of the beach from this place is AMAZING! There is so much to do in the resort without having to leave. We are hoping to be back next year!

This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and hot tub. The beach was super easy to access by car (we did not use the tram so I am unable to review that). We would highly recommend staying here for a great trip!

Yari was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my (not always needed) questions. Lol. Was a great time. We had everything we needed. Great location. 5 min walk to shoppes at grand blvd. 100% would donut again.

We really enjoyed staying at Anna's condo The only drawback was the construction on the property for the whole month was extremely loud with drilling and grinding noises that were heard throughout our stay plus they closed the pool/hotub for 6 days which was not Anna's fault Anna's condo was comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen to make meals The beach chairs were not included and they wanted a charge of $55 per day which was outrageous but we brought our own chairs and wagon to transport to the beach All and all we would definitely rent this condo again

This was our first time ever using AirBnB and I will forever use it after the stay we had! This place was not only beautiful but it was perfect for just me and my boyfriend. Very easy access to the beach, several restaurants within walking distance and pier park was just right down the road. The view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to book with lev again in the future!

Pam is a great host. She communicated with me weeks before my stay and answered all my questions with kindness. She made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The unit was overall a good condo. We were disappointed that the tiki hut was under construction during our stay, but we just packed lunches during the day. I would only suggest fans in the unit. The unit definitely had everything you need for a vacation. (all kitchen equipment, beach towels, boogie boards, toys, beach chairs/umbrella) Thank you for a wonderful week!

Sandy’s condo was exactly what my fiancé and I were looking for! Very quiet community, clean and comfortable space, and walking distance to the beach. Sandy was communicative and left detailed instructions for access to the various amenities. The location was perfect; very family orientated and centrally located to all 30A has to offer! We would stay here again!

Angela’s place was very clean and I felt right at home. There was a book with recommendations and clear instructions for the house. Had a wonderful stay!

The photos of Ada’s house didn’t do it any justice. It was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice.

We had a great time. Condo was just as described if not better in person! Josh was very quick to respond. It was perfect for our family. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing time! We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient to everything. We felt right at home. Exactly as described. Golf cart was added bonus as we were able to find time for the beach and pool and it made it so easy! Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us! Victor's place was incredible. We have no complaints. The place was better than described on the website. Lots of space to host our pawpaws 93rd birthday and then Christmas Eve dinner for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and places to sleep throughout the house. Thank you again for our incredible stay!!

Craig and Lillian were amazing host! They were extremely accommodating and friendly! The house was absolutely perfect and the golf cart is a great touch! I will definitely look for this property for my next trip to Panama City!

This was a quiet neighborhood that was centrally located for everywhere that we needed to travel to for this busy wedding weekend that occurred during Memorial Day celebration. Full kitchen, comfortable living room, convenient dining area in open concept. The washer and dryer made it very convenient for us with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, too. Just down the street from top notch dining and grocer. Straight shot to historic downtown PC and quick scenic drive to beaches. Great communication from Blake. The time change caught us off guard and we arrived early, they graciously accommodated us. The unique spiral staircase and the cozy area for reading upstairs made it something special.

We stayed as snowbirds for 8 weeks. Enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood. Great proximity to Topsail park (my fave beach). The home has great bones/well maintained. The porches are an absolute delight. Being set back from the road and the privacy of the back is very nice. The amenities center was superb- beautiful pool. We did not utilize the bikes (brought our own) nor the golf cart. Nice to have on-site without having to arrange for rentals for vacationers. The only drawback is the chimney housing which the owner did send his handyman to put in a temporary fix- if it is windy the metal bends and is loud inside the home- especially the master suite. Full disclosure- I did complain and the owner offered monetary compensation which I turned down. I wanted it fixed not compensation- I’m not looking to make a buck from my stay. Owner is very responsive and has a home manual that describes everything which makes checking in and learning the home easy.

This location was amazing! The condo itself slept 4 of us very comfortably. The beds were also so comfortable! Beautiful balcony. Two amazing pools right downstairs. Definitely stay here to be on top of the beach! Would stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and polite.

James was excellent in communicating with our party throughout our visit. The house was clean and very comfortable, and the pool lovely. I would highly recommend staying with James; he is an excellent host. Just a word of caution, though, do not violate the parking rules! The HOA is lightning fast on those issues.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood is very clean, pretty and safe feeling. The house was more than we expected. Very well kept and plenty of space for our group of 9. Sigwayne was helpful and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again.
