House vacation rentals in Indian Harbour Beach

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home! We are locals that live with extended family and had another family member in town. Needed a nice quiet home away from home close enough to my daughter's school, Brandon's place was it! The pool is absolutely amazing and wore our 3 kiddos out for the few days we were there. The lights around the yard are beautiful to see at night and the sound system outside just added to the Florida feel of the backyard set up! I was also impressed by the water pressure in the house! Super clean and comfy. Highly recommend and will keep in mind if we ever need that "home getaway" again! Thanks again Brandon!!!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place. It was super cute with a lot of space. The kids loved the pool and the little shed. Would definitely stay here again.

We went for a family vacation (4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler). We had an amazing stay. It was a great getaway location. Everything we needed for the babies and more! We felt like we were at home. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was one of our favorite amenities! The house was about 20 mins to the beach but we chose to stay at the house for the pool instead! The community was quiet. We never saw or heard any of the neighbors. Kristen was very responsive so that was comforting to know we were in good hands. We would absolutely stay again!

Had an amazing time and enjoyed the stay at KC’s beautiful home. Everything was just as explained and the host kept up with clear and concise communication. The host helped in making my graduation memorable for sure. I will definitely recommend this location for family trips or group getaways!

Great place to stay! The decor inside was beautiful, love the nautical/beach theme. The pool was immaculately kept and super refreshing in the afternoon. Lyndsey is super quick to respond to any questions too. We would definitely stay again!

Our group of 5 (plus a small dog) stayed at the Yellow Beach House for 4 nights, and it was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. the wild peacocks walking around the neighborhood - Such a magical touch! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure was amazing, and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were even beach supplies and pool toys, which made our stay that much easier and more fun. We were in town for Thunder on Cocoa and the location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the beach, gas station, deli, liquor store, and a little market. We also took the host’s recommendation and ate at Grills—so good! We used the pool and grill daily and really made the most of the space. The yard and landscaping were vibrant and well maintained—it all felt super peaceful and private. Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

We are a traveling family and have stayed at many Airbnb's along the east coast. This was by far the cleanest and mist enjoyable property. We very much enjoyed our time at Cocoa Beach. This house is located in a great area. Convient to everything Cocoa beach has to offer. The back yard is indeed a tropical paradise. And it is in my opinion the best feature of the house. You feel like your in the Carribean when you venture out to the back deck. My only complaint, and its minor, is we felt the furniture in the living room was a bit uncomfortable for a bigger family. It looks very aesthetic, but is somewhat impractical for gathering to watch a movie. Overall it was the perfect getaway. And I highly recomend!

Great stay at this Airbnb. Felt like home from home, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very much appreciated the free pizza voucher. The area is perfect, just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful family vacation spot! the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and coffee. The house is beautifully decorated and the house was spotless. the walk to the beach was to die for! also Adam and Patricia were very helpful, friendly and responsive! this is a must stay!

My family and I came down for a little mini fishing trip and we were 30 minutes away from the lake. We wanted to fish on we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house was spotless and well kept it looked like it had been newly remodeled, and we will definitely be returning in the near future for another stay It was only 12 minutes to the beach and the river as well. We had three nights down at the beach, eating at restaurants on the ocean that were fantastic.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. Awesome place. Right off the beach. The patio is great. Rooms very clean and enjoyable for family with kids. The hot tub also adds to the charm of this place. Adam was responsive and helped us out very friendly host. I would come again. Totally recommend this place to anyone.
