Perfect host! Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here due to repairs being done to our home and Edward was most accommodating to our needs and allowed early check in. He responds practically immediately. He went above and beyond for our stay here. Much appreciated! Thank you a million times over!

Our family celebrated graduation at Kristen's place and it was perfect! Kristen communicated with excellent instructions, we had ZERO issues. She also checked in to see how everything was and the only thing we asked about were landscape lights around the pool area, which she immediately checked on and made them the college colors for graduation too! The pool was such a highlight to enjoy along with the backyard. The landscaping was so pretty. The house was clean and spacious for us rest and relax. It exceeded our expectations!

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

Great location, even for big groups. Patrick was very responsive, accomodating, and professional. The house is 3 stories, with the bottom floor opening to a large pool area with a fireplace, covered bar, TV, and hot tub. That area has a beautiful overlook of the lake that pictures don't do justice, with a staircase down to yet another table area with water craft and a dock. This is great for a quiet getaway and large family gathering. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the amenities are plentiful and varied to keep everyone engaged for the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you for another wonderful stay in you place! What we love the most is the open gathering space of the kitchen dining room and living room. We like to all be together when we travel with multiple families and this is the place to do it!! I love that I can be preparing a meal AND I don’t miss anything because everyone is right there ! Comfortable beds, great linens, clean spaces and large rooms to hang out in. The communication is top notch - I have never waited more than two minutes to get a response to a question. I highly recommend this rental to a large group !

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The penned chickens out back gave the children some entertainment. The bedroom picture gave me the impression that there was a computer and printer available which was not the case. Leslie was very responsive to communications. Master bedroom and family room are quite spacious.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Davidson. This location was very convenient and had a beautiful, fenced-in backyard for our little doggie. There’s also a sidewalk along the road that allowed for great walks to a local coffee shop or around the neighborhood. My mom left a personal belonging behind and Shirley was kind enough to let us know and send it back in a timely manner (be prepared there is an additional charge). This house worked out great for our needs!

The perfect spot for our family getaway. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Views of water were spectacular, especially from firepit area. Its proximity to downtown Charlotte - made it really easy for us to attend wedding functions. Absolutely recommend it!

I was pleasantly surprised at how warm, comfortable and bright the house was. There were instructions and suggestions on places to go and places to eat in the kitchen framed in stand up frames. The house was very cleaned. Nicholas had told us that he didn’t have time to mow the yard but it really wasn’t bad. We are familiar with the as we have family in Denver and I chose this house because it was only five minutes from our family’s house. Any questions we handled by text and Nicholas responded immediately. The house is located in a ver quiet neighborhood with lots of trees so when sitting on the front porch it felt very quiet. The neighbor even introduced himself when I was petting the cat walking around! All in all I would rent this house again and recommend it.

We were down there for a golf tournament. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Everything you would need in a house was there all four of us had fun

This place is AMAZING!!! It’s peaceful, beautiful, well stocked with everything you need- dishes, coffee maker, pots & pans, a griddle, BBQ, yard games, kayaks, a fire pit… literally everything. The lake is serene and the house is perfect for a large party. We had a group of 9. Three moms stayed on bottom floor, we had our own bathroom and kitchenette… one dad stayed in the middle, had his own bathroom, and 5 teenage boys stayed on the top floor. It worked out perfectly. We had the best time there and want to go back!!!

This little cottage was perfect for our stay in Huntersville while visiting family. House was cozy and clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. Easy access to the town and highways. Loved it!

This house is actually nicer than the pictures! Our start started with being greeted by a bottle of wine and chocolate when we walked in. The furniture was all comfortable, clean and the whole place is new inside. Orlando was a great host and very responsive. We were visiting family and we will stay here every time now we liked it so much!

I knew I didn’t want to stay in the city and driving 20 mins in for a nice spot to eat in uptown wasn’t so bad. I booked this 1 month in advanced and Mike quickly communicated as a wonderful host that he is. This was perfect because of the pet friendliness and rustic decor, but once I arrived at this location, it was more than I could have asked for. The cutest front porch with rocking chairs and a wooden front door immediately caught my eye. Once I got out the car, I noticed the expansive backyard, a dream for any energized pup. I made it into the home and was blown away of how much a farmhouse feel I received with suede cushioned wooden chairs and a comfy couch, massive bricked wood burning fire place and barnyard doors. The bonus was the vinyl record player. The kitchen had cathedral ceilings with wooden beams, beautiful cabinetry with snacks and drinks for our stay. The bedroom was perfect, minimally decorated with a beauty of en-suite and large walk-in closet. It felt like home!!

Enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place. Location was quiet and not far from Salisbury. My wife and I had fun watching geese and other birds near the pond. We spent our days touring the Salisbury and northern Charlotte area, but had very relaxing evenings here!
