The bedrooms have new comfortable queen-size beds and the spacious bathroom features double sinks. The living room area accommodates four people, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The house also boasts a hot tub on the back patio and the large front porch is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The Guesthouse

The Guesthouse is on a quiet street surrounded by decorative trees on 1/2 acre. There is a private entrance to the second floor space. This is a brand new building with hardwood floors, a full kitchen, double shower, and washer and dryer. The bedroom has a cal king Tempurpedic bed. There is also a large, southern facing deck to enjoy the sun and views of the apple trees and extensive landscaping. The Guesthouse offers private, quiet accommodations in a clean, modern space.

Perfect for two people and a dog, we are located on the Hammond Trail, a 5.5 mile scenic route within walking distance of the ocean or Mad River. We are right off the highway and an easy drive to beaches and redwoods. Your comfort and ease are our #1 priority! Gated with private, secure parking and fully fenced in yards, this one-bedroom home is very clean and custom built with a comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, & full kitchen. Also includes a sauna and outdoor shower.

My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.
