Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

This was our second stay and the condo did not disappoint! We love the location near the beach and pool, and felt very comfortable in the unit. It is comfortably lived in and there is some wear and tear on finishes, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We hope to return again soon.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

This place was perfect for our family of 7! We had everything we needed in every room. I loved that there was beach towels, chairs, coolers, and boogie boards all provided for my family. The location was perfect and right by our favorite beach! I would totally stay at this place again!! Gail was amazing to work with and super friendly. She responded back very quickly any time needed. Loved this place!

The house is perfect for a family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Walking distance to beach. The house was well equipped with everything needed to go to the beach, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers etc. he even had umbrellas for when rain came down hard! House was easy to find except they were re-doing the parking lots so one side was closed causing some difficulty finding parking while they re surfaced it. They did both parking lots while we were there aside from this easy parking. Pools are kept very clean and their pool bathrooms. Very quiet at night and ac thru out house is huge! House was very clean except we saw roaches walking around here and there which is normal on the island they are everywhere . They recently sprayed so I’m sure there is only so much that they can control from getting inside. Overall, we loved that a family of 7 fit comfortably and that we had 2 bathrooms and AC and everything needed to go to the beach easily. Recommend for small families!! 7 fit comfortably

Very convenient location, was able to move around easily. Given a lot of suggestions on activities and restaurants. Home was comfortable and well furnished.

Jason's rental is a beautiful place at a beautiful location. We were pleasantly surprised with the little things that made Jason's place so pleasurable and comfortable, such as the abundance of bathing towels, the beach and snorkel supplies, the availability of bicycles, how all the rooms were (Hawaii themed) tastefully decorated, even a ukulele with instructions and songs to play. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus. The owners' pool and grill was utilized which added to the entire experience. Thank you Jason for making our family vacation one we will always fondly remember.

Sweet little place. Nice neighborhood—never felt worried about my surroundings. Comfy beds and clean. Complimentary items were indeed helpful for me as I don't like to pack so much when vacationing. I wished it had two showers instead of just the one, but nonetheless, the place worked for me and my party. I made a special request for a certain need and the host was very accommodating.

It was nice to stay in a new place. Great amenities and close to the beach.

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

5/5 stay for our week long stay. 2 adults, two kids under 3. Had a bunch of family friendly stuff which made us feel at home.

Toni’s place is awesome! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of things to do for the kids. We really appreciated having all the beach items, which made the stay well worth the cost! Toni did a great job of making sure we had plenty of the essentials, such as dish soap and spare trash bags. We would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My daughter is 3 and there was plenty of space for her to play and entertain herself, wallet was raining. The bedrooms were comfortable. There was a wonderful breeze the ceiling fans and box fans were nice to help. Push some air through the bedrooms to make very comfortable sleeping arrangements. There is very nice coffee shop a three minute walk to 1 Hotel that provides a beautiful scenic walk. We enjoyed all the walking paths for early-morning walks. The Airbnb has all the amenities you need for a long weekend kitchen as well equipped with all the necessities to cook your own meals. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit if you go to the beach and need to wash the sand out of your clothes. We were comfortable our whole stay and will stay again.

We had an amazing stay at JT’s condo in Princeville. The unit is beautiful, very clean and includes absolutely anything you could possibly need during your stay! The location in Princeville was perfect for all of our Kauai adventures. JT is extremely responsive and very helpful…he includes a very comprehensive list of do’s and dont’s which we appreciated. We travel fairly extensively with airbnb and this may be the very best experience we have ever had.

We loved Ryan’s house! It was spacious for the 5 of us, and wish we could have spent more time there but island adventures awaited us. Actually better than the photos. Ryan was great to work with, communicated in a timely manner. All the extra equipment was so clutch like beach chairs, umbrellas. Also had bikes and other water toys we didn’t get a chance to use. Princeville is stunning. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back on the island!

Aloha! This was my first trip to Oahu to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and visit our son stationed at Schofield Barracks. Our stay was perfect for two adults and our son and his girlfriend. The only challenge was finding our assigned parking spot. We thoroughly explored the Turtle Bay area at the resort on our last day and wished we would have done it sooner. We even saw turtles. The nearby food trucks were good and the grocery near the falls has a good selection if you want to eat in. Mahalo Eric for a great stay for these Michigan natives.

Tia and Jeremiah’s place is perfect! They were so thoughtful in all of the little pieces that a lot of air bnb’s forget (stain remover, bug spray, sandwich baggies etc) that make the stay that much easier. It was clean, great WiFi, beautiful views, so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Our family of six had an amazing time at this Airbnb—it was the perfect home base for our first trip to Kauai. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and the beach access was incredibly easy. One of the biggest highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—possibly the best we’ve ever had in any Airbnb, which made family meals super convenient. The fans kept everything cool at night, and we felt right at home. We especially fell in love with the North Shore, and this location made it easy to explore all the beauty Kauai has to offer. The host was fantastic—helpful, kind, and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend! PS - Comes with beach chairs, beach toys, and memories to last a lifetime.

We had such a lovely stay with Jamie! Her home is very clean, tidy and we had all we needed during our stay! I’m someone who is very sensitive to mold and fragrance. It’s always risky for me to stay in someone else’s home, but I couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in while in Kauai! The bed was very comfy and my husband and I had plenty of space. It was a bonus to have so many provided items for beach adventures as well! Thank you so very much for your kindness and hospitality, Jamie!

Lisa’s place is perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need. Loved the lanai. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Lisa is lovely and very responsive! We had a fabulous time!

This was my best overall Airbnb experience! The house was perfect we loved the Turtle Bay Area, morning walks, all the North Shore attractions! Thomas was so helpful! Townhome was well stocked and a great place to stay!

David's home was just like the pictures and description. I loved that paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and bathroom soap was supplied! They keep extra supplies in a storage closet which was so helpful! The area around us was so quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. The golf course was right out our back door and so beautiful. David's home is close to all sorts of attractions on the North Shore. It's also just a short drive from many food trucks that were absolutely fantastic! There are many fabulous beaches within a short drive. The swimming pool is just out the front door and was a fun way to spend a few of our evenings. It was also nice and clean and had nice pool furniture. We received clear instructions on check in and directions to David's home. We would absolutely stay here again! 🌺
