Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and seemed to be newly renovated. It’s a nice apartment that’s close to the riverwalk and downtown, and the cruiser bikes are a fun way to explore the city. Charles was a kind, gracious, and responsive host. For restaurants try Olivero around the corner. This is a great find.

Everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed my time here. The house is clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. And for One Tree Hill fans — this place is a gem! It’s within walking distance of the iconic bridge shown in the show's opening, which was such a special treat. You can also take a lovely walk to the pier, where you’ll find several charming coffee shops. Highly recommended for a peaceful and cozy stay in Wilmington!

We LOVED our stay and hope to return! Initially, we were worried about parking but there was a specific spot in the grass he lead us to and we didn’t have a single issue the entire trip getting back in it! We ONLY had to take the car to go to food lion (5 minute drive) or Walmart (15-17 minute drive). We were able to walk everywhere else, including a very short walk to the beach (2-5 mins depending on traffic). We went to multiple shops and restaurants and were able to walk to all. Many spots around with allergy friendly options (we are dairy free). Being on top of an ice cream and gift shop is so fun and the mini donuts are a favorite and fresh made! We could hear the road traffic but not a single sound from the shop below. I have a napping toddler with sleep issues and had zero issues with him sleeping undisturbed. The apartment is truly a home away from home, perfectly decorated and well maintained and updated. I could truly go on and on but I’m out of space to write 😂

Unbeatable location! We loved that it was dog friendly and walkable to everything downtown. Megan was super responsive, friendly, and there to assist with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back, thank you for a lovely stay!

We have stayed at this place several times and always feel right at home. The condo is bright with a spacious living room and a gorgeous view of the river and battleship. The bathroom has plenty of counter space with a nice walk-in shower. Everything is so clean. The bed and furniture are so comfortable. We can't wait to return for our annual Wilmington pilgrimage.

I enjoyed my stay. it was exactly as described. Chris and Codie went above and beyond with the customer service. I was extremely grateful to have a place for 26 days that accommodated my needs. I was in Jacksonville on a work related course being taught at the local college. The quiet location allowed me exactly what I needed to focus and relax after long long cold days predominantly spent outdoors. I would absolutely stay there again!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This was such a cute house. Everything was so clean and just an amazing space. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive to anything I needed help on.

A very nice place, if you want to spend a great time relaxing this is the right place, at night there is a lot of noise, but you arrive tired and relaxed from the beach that doesn't even bother you to sleep.

Honestly, Trevor did an amazing job with the description for this stay! We were able to bring our loving fur babies and have a peaceful stay. Though we were up and out all morning it was perfect to come home and wind down to. I loved that Trevor was clear with instructions and was right about all the amazing restaurants in the surrounding area! Thank you for making this stay a memorable one!!

The cottage was great. Everything was as described and shown in pictures. Peaceful, relaxing neighborhood, close walk to the beach, fabulous porch to start your mornings and end your evenings, and although small fit our needs of 4 adults and 1 child. Only downsides were the beds were pretty saggy as others mentioned and could probably use some updating and the kitchen could use some organizing/clean-out in the cabinets. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again when returning to the area.

Location, location, location! Can’t beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach/pier with bathrooms and showers. We also brought our bikes and loved biking to any restaurants. There were two bikes at the airbnb as well! The place was just as described and had all the basic amenities, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was great for a few nights stay but you would need to bring more with you for a longer stay like kitchen items. The place (bottom unit) was a lot larger than we thought it was going to be. The place was friendly and had a fenced in yard, but you need to walk from the front door to get to the backyard. The yard was small but has a lot of potential. The inside was super clean but could use a few upgrades like caulking in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were not the most comfortable but fine for a short stay. We also loved the water access at the end of the street!

You can’t beat it for the price. Very spacious and the rooms are nice. Just know that it is very old and the bathroom could use updates.

We have been to Wilmington multiple times over the last 5 years because our daughter attended UNCW. Margaret's place was definitely one of our favorite stays. The bungalow style house was better than the photos. It was larger inside than we expected. The bathroom in the third bedroom toward the back of the house was fantastic. The mattress in this bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept well. This is such an important part of any stay, and it was clear that it was considered. There was a spacious back deck which we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend staying at her location on Wrightsville Ave.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

Outstanding weekend getaway for 4 adults plus an infant. Beautiful just sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, walking the adjacent boardwalk to the beach or walking to restaurants just a couple blocks away. We’ll be back!

Wendy and Jeff’s place was great for my parents and I! Most importantly, my dog loved the stay. It was clean & very close to the beach!
