Vacation rentals with a pool in Holden Beach

This home MADE our trip... it literally became our vacation! We traveled to Carolina Beach for a summer beach vacay, but after one day in the sand, we decided to turn our trip into a STAYcation and spend all our time in the backyard oasis. The pool was one of the best I've ever seen and we loved the seating in the deep end to watch the kids play. The hot tub was a fan favorite and we enjoyed it daily. The kitchen has everything we could have hoped for and more, including basic essentials and pantry staples. The breakfast nook was wonderful for family meals. The furniture was comfortable (we couch napped several times) and everything was supremely clean. As much as we enjoyed the home, Rebecca and Mike's hospitality as host were second to none! Their communication was clear and timely. They proactively reached out to help with check in & out, were responsive to requests and offered suggestions to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION One house from the beach. So easy and quick to go back and forth. The back deck was so peaceful. Morning coffee on the deck staring at the sea. We even made it into the pool. Enjoyed an evening cocktail sitting in the pool(no glass!) The house was well equipped and taken care of. Clean sofa that does not sink to the floor. I slept in the king room. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. So many rentals have awful beds, no matter how much you pay. Stephanie was very responsive and flexible with check in and check (when available) I will definitely return

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! Our family of 8 really enjoyed staying at this home. The rooms were a good size, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen. This house is right around the corner to a beach access point so from the front steps to the sand was less than a 5 minute walk. Madeleine was a very welcoming and responsive host when we had questions. Would book again!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and they have thought of everything for family enjoyment. We will definitely stay there again when back in the area. The host was always prompt and kind w any inquiries.

This Airbnb went far above and beyond anything I expected — and that’s saying a lot, as I’ve stayed at many across the country. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. First, the space was immaculate — spotless in every room and cleaner than most high-end hotels I’ve stayed in. It was also much larger than the photos suggested, with an open, airy layout that made it incredibly comfortable. The furniture was cozy and high-quality, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The pool was clean, refreshing, and beautifully maintained, and quickly became one of my favorite spots to unwind. What really stood out were the amenities. Truly, you could show up with just your clothes and be set. From beach gear to kitchen supplies to thoughtful extras you don’t even realize you’ll need until you see them — everything was provided. 2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

Can’t say enough great things about this home and Heather! She is a fantastic host, super friendly and accommodating. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. This has been our staple go to place for our annual beach trips. We can’t recommend this place enough!! We love turtle time!!

Michael was a great host and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He checked in on us through the week and was very responsive anytime we had questions. The place was great. Pool was fun. I would give Michael 10 stars if we could!! He was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for everything!!!

Communication is 10/10. The room is very clean. The area is a nice quiet place for you & your family or significant other. I Definitely recommend for couples. The host was there when we needed her for any questions or concerns. Response time is amazing!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

The condo was as descrived and as reflected in the pictures. They were flexible with arrival time and the condo was clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described; if not better. The views were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable. Veronica was super helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process. Amazing stay! Condo was beautifully decorated, and spacious. Was well stocked with everything we needed. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable also. There was a big porch and with the condo being on the 8th floor it had amazing views. Will definitely stay again.

This unit was perfect for our group. There is plenty of room for everyone. The large balcony with a great view of the beach was a perfect place for the kids to eat dinner each night and play games. The unit was clean upon arrival and well-stocked with items needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great long weekend. The condo was beautiful, convenient, well decorated and seemed to be recently updated. The only feedback I would have was the shower was a bit outdated and the shower head was slow which seemed to be because it was “caked” with deposits - and the draining was slow. But this wouldn’t impact my overall rating because the condo was beautiful, well maintained, Stocked well and was just as described.
