Vacation rentals with a patio in Historic District, Wilmington

Melissa has been fabulous! The space is perfect for a Wilmington stay. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the beach! I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

Had an awesome and peaceful stay here. We used the bikes every day and it was a 5 minute ride to the beach and all the little shops and restaurants. Everything was so clean and we had more than everything we could need here. They provided towels, beach gear, hair dryer, etc. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with amazing views! The space was exactly as pictured and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay (cooking utensils, beach gear, extra linens). Wendy was quick to answer a question we had and was kind enough to check in on us to make sure everything was well. This spot has amazing views of the ocean and sunrise and the beach was easily accessible.

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was great & had easy access to the beach & the local shops!

If you are vacationing at the North Carolina beaches, this is the best spot. Listing is exactly as described. Walking distance to beach and close to the boardwalk.

The apartment was quiet, spacious, and lovely. The bathroom was clean and we loved having a bathtub. It was so nice to have the Keurig and coffee pods. We loved the location. It was quiet and restful and just a short drive to beaches and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe and Beth’s place! We loved how close it was to the beach and to fun things to do in town. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Joe and Beth were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying at Joe and Beth’s!

This home is close to downtown and a short drive to Wrightsville beach. The backyard is enclosed which was nice for when we used the hottub! The home was very clean with plenty of towels/dishes/etc for us to use during our stay. The area was quiet at night as well. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

We had a wonderful day and James place is perfect! Close to UNCW and was perfect for our graduation weekend and celebration.

Tara was an excellent host! So friendly & responsive! The house, with 3 units, was just perfect for our family to be together in one place for my daughter’s wedding! The location was awesome, walkable to most everything & only 15 minutes or so to airport and Wrightsville Beach! It was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend!Thanks again Tara!!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. We have been to Wilmington multiple times over the last 5 years because our daughter attended UNCW. Margaret's place was definitely one of our favorite stays. The bungalow style house was better than the photos. It was larger inside than we expected. The bathroom in the third bedroom toward the back of the house was fantastic. The mattress in this bedroom was extremely comfortable and we slept well. This is such an important part of any stay, and it was clear that it was considered. There was a spacious back deck which we enjoyed during our stay. I highly recommend staying at her location on Wrightsville Ave.

Jim’s place was the perfect house for us for our weekend trip. The pool and the beach access were unbeatable. The space was comfortable for all 11 of us and we had no issues what so ever during our trip. Jim was great to message with, very friendly and professional, I’d highly recommend his home to anyone.

This was an absolutely beautiful space, it was everything my family and I were looking for. Maryella couldn’t have been a better host she was incredibly kind, flexible and responsive. The space it self is exactly as it is in the pictures and even better location than imagined. We brought along two of our dogs as well that maryella made feel right at home. Generally it was a perfect stay, I would absolutely stay again and will be recommending it to anyone who will listen.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the balcony off the bedroom. I sat out there every night with a drink, and listened to the ocean and the wind. The outside light was even sufficient for reading at night.

What a great place to stay! Such a cozy condo that had everything we needed. Bed is very comfy! It was close to everything. Took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach. We forgot our beach chairs so it was awesome that they had some. It has a nice porch where you can enjoy the fresh air. Pool was nice! Denise was amazing! She was flexible with us and was understanding when my parents accidentally took the parking pass with them. I definitely recommend this place especially for the price!

Dear Michelle, Thank you for creating such a wonderful home for our enjoyment at Wrightsville Beach! Your condo is truly a well appointed home with everything we could imagine ever needing for a fun, carefree stay. Having visited WB for over twenty-five years, it truly felt like "coming home". The location is absolutely perfect, situated between the beach, Robert's Market, shopping, the nightlife spots, and of course, the yummy ice cream stand! The on site laundry and private parking is a real plus! We especially loved the front outdoor porch – it was ideal for dining, people watching, or simply catching a few naps. And those beds! They truly are like sleeping on feathery clouds. There were so many extras that kept us focused on enjoying the beach and local sites.

We loved staying here! Beautiful place and in a great location from the beach and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Kim was such a great host, provided us with helpful information and great recommendations for local restaurants and shops.

We had such a wonderful time at this home! It is much more spacious than it appears in the photos, clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked with necessities and more! The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. There is a nice walking trail nearby, a pond with turtles out back, and a taco place within walking distance. Everyone in our group said they’d stay here again if it’s available when we’re in town!

We had an amazing stay at the Seahorse Lounge! The place was exactly as described—clean, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and Nicole was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, fun activities, and not to mention basically right on the beach!! Though it’s close to everything, it was still very peaceful and quiet at night. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for being such a fantastic host! 😊
