Heather was a great host, the house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay!

Natalie's place is just like the photos. Very clean and everything provided for a great stay. It is located in an older but well kept neighborhood and so close to everything Uptown. It is 1/2 mile from the Music Factory Center and VBGB Beer Garden and restaurant but was not noisy at night. Pretty peaceful with the train whistle in the distance and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. In UPTOWN we went to Vistors Center Queen City Ride tour by cart- (a must to know uptown) Mint, Bechler & NASCAR Museums and Discovery Place Science, for kids. - (Great on hot day), Historic Homes Fourth Ward walking tour - TIP - go to FourthWardCLT org get "Walking Tour" map for homes and parking garages. No street parking NEARBY Charlotte Museum of History Historic Rosedale estate (be aware steep stairs inside house) Monster Mini Golf with blacklight LAKE WYLIE - 20 miles S Boat Rental of Lake Wylie, Drift upscale restaurants make reservations, McDowell Nature Center close by

Travelled to Charlotte with my family of five, 3 toddlers, myself and my husband. Juan’s home was more than accommodating. The amenities were great! Very kid friendly and kid proof. The space was very clean and neat and in a great location to get anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes. Juan himself was super helpful and responsive.

Great apartment! We came for the Lovin' Life Music Fest; it was about a 20 minute, easy walk. Plenty of space in the apartment, beds were comfortable, couch was slightly on the small side, but there were only 2 of us, so it was fine. The key fob wasn't left in the lock box upon our arrival, but I reached out and was responded to in about 10 minutes and he was able to let us in. Definitely would recommend this place and if we come back to the festival, I would stay here again!

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

My husband and 2 kids stayed here for a week and it was really comfortable and spacious. It was easy entering and locking the front door with the keypad. The water pressure was the best out of all the Airbnb's we've stayed so far, and it was very quiet and right around the corner from a major grocery store. The living room TV is large and brand new. We especially liked how the place was well stocked with toiletries and other supplies. A great place to stay for families.

Would recommend Kyle's place for those wanting to stay in Kannapolis - can't beat the location. I would have appreciated if a few of the amenities included in the photos were present (wine, coffee, etc.) but it was accurate per the description.

We are glad to have found this place last minute. Our original booking didn't work out at a nearby hotel didn't work out. This place was clean and met our needs to rest in between traveling.

We had a great stay in the treehouse. The neighborhood is beautiful and the space was exactly as described. Udo is very responsive and helpful. Only note would be the wifi was a bit weak (we were working remotely so we needed a stronger connection) but it was ok because we used our hotspot. But other than that, a great stay and an amazing value. Would definitely return!

This is our 3rd stay at Cathy’s place. We love the location and the apartment is just perfect for our needs. Very comfortable and private, very near Davidson College. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing from the security within, to the ease of walking the city !! The parking garage, pool, patio all of it was great I would definitely recommend anyone staying here !!! Great place, great host, great city

Kristen was incredibly helpful and responsive, her place was in a perfect location to surrounding restaurants and breweries. We really enjoyed being able to walk around the area!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Great place overall great visit. Only downfall is the traffic noise/lights at night from the highway/road below.

We stayed here for a scheduled surgery for one of us. The location is perfect, close to hospitals and a lovely walkable area. Hosts were exceptional. My wife had trouble with the keycode access to the space once, and one of the team showed up within a few minutes of her calling them to help her.

Definitely recommend! It is in a prime location for basically all things you would want to do in Charlotte. Very walkable, and easy to commute by car if you’re not up for the walking. It is right off the highway and easy to find. The check in instructions were thorough which made everything easier. The space was clean, and well stocked. 10/10 stay!
