Family-friendly vacation rentals in Henlopen Acres

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is gorgeous and close to everything. So much space and everything was clean. Katie was super flexible and responsive. There's also so much more than I thought, including kitchen supplies and beach chairs.

We loved Raj’s place! We have two young children and his place was fully equipped to entertain them with books, toys, etc. Best Airbnb we have stayed in so far 😊

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Went with family and friends for a long weekend for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time! The rain ended early Friday and the weather even allowed for a couple of beach days. The location is only one block to cross to head to the beach and everything from the boardwalk to restaurant bars are incredibly close. Very comfortable and relaxing with plenty of space for everyone.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

This is our 2nd visit to Thomas’ cottage at Cape May. It is the best location, with an incredible view of the sunset each evening. Thomas checked in on us via text to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. The cottage is homey and comfortable for the two of us and our two dogs. Do not miss out of this incredible listing!

We had a great MDW stay. The house is so close to everything! Diane was very responsiveness to my inquiries and even ordered a coffee grinder for us ready for us when we arrived. We liked the layout of the house with private rooms for almost everyone in our group.

Very nice stay at this adorable old home. Ideal if you are traveling with your dog. House is well maintained and it’s obvious a lot of love went into it. The hosts were very responsive. Easy drive to all there is to do in Cape May.

We had an amazing stay at The Hudson House. Immediately after walking in, I felt right at home. The house was big, but so cozy. This was my first Airbnb but definitely won’t be my last. Allen was always very quick to respond to my messages. He also had a very friendly tone to his messages. I have family in Salisbury. This will be my go to place, if available, each time I visit Salisbury.

Mike & Lisa’s beach cottage in west Cape May was the perfect “mini-moon” weekend trip for me and my husband! Hope to be back one day!

Tara was responsive and flexible. Everything was as she said it was. The town was quiet and very friendly. The restaurant in town was top tier. Our children loved walking to the beach and riding on the bikes that were at the house. Tara had all the right things to keep our 3 kids occupied and happy. Will definitely consider coming back.

We loved our stay here in Wildwood! The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, which was perfect for us as we brought our dogs! Friendly neighbors! We were close to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of local restaurants and shops. Mary was accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would recommend this booking and would absolutely return!

This was by far one of the best air bnbs I stayed at that felt right at home. The entire place felt comfortable for our entire group. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make anything.

We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

This Stone Harbor house was incredible. Location was perfect for downtown and the beach. The home is comfortable and had an amazing well stocked kitchen. The pool is fabulous. So many bedrooms and bathrooms made us all so comfortable. Barry was so communicative and wanted our family to enjoy his beautiful home as much as his own. If and when we come back to NJ we will (as a family) stay here again!! We had a blast and so many memories were made. Thanks Barry & family!

We enjoyed the location, just off the beach, would be great in summer. We were there for birding and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful view from upstairs, we were very pleased overall.

Absolutely wonderful hosts!! Very responsive and helpful. There might have been an issue with the lockbox so they called ahead to make sure we could get in! I will definitely be booking with Shawn and Terri again!

This place was perfect for our family trip. There were great amenities and it was just a short walk to the beach. We all really enjoyed having the pool too. John was very quick to respond to the couple questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place.
