Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

It’s a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the convention center, and plenty of beds for us and 5 kids

The location was perfect. We were there for high school golf and loved the convenience of being close to the golf course. The host was very responsive and flexible.

Our stay at Rocky Top Falls was beyond what we expected! Miguel and Rachel are phenomenal hosts! They are friendly and communicate awesome! The space and location are better than the pictures. We enjoyed the views so much we asked Miguel if he could connect us with a photographer. He did and we had family photos taken! We had three families there and more than enough room! They had everything we needed for kids aging from 3 months to 10 yo. They have thought of everything! This stay would be a great choice for groups of all sizes looking for beautiful views and wonderful accommodations! Tyler & Lindsay

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

Don’t hesitate to book this place! We had a wonderful experience.. the cabin is so beautiful and secluded. We did some fishing, we had a bbq and enjoyed the hot tub. The views are amazing! We visited a few different parks and they were all so pretty! Our Spring Break is definitely one for the books.. thank you for such a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. We loved Matt’s place! An immaculate home, beautiful location on the water, extremely comfy bed, and so much more. Matt is one of the best hosts we have ever had. His artwork decorating the house is beautiful. The view of the lake is even better than we expected, and he gave great directions to the nearby boat launch. Matt even provided a welcome note, extra propane for the grill, and a basket of snacks! We felt so welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We live in the city so it was a treat to watch the sunset and see bright stars while eating dinner at night on the back porch. We are relaxed after staying at Matt’s place, and we hope to return soon. This was even better than five stars.

This house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had a few unforeseen mishaps, but Joan and her husband were very accommodating and willing to resolve. Beds were very comfortable-loved the sheets!! Joan was easy to get ahold of and accommodating to our issues. Would recommend!

We loved our time at Tricia's place, it was such a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures depicted, clean, and comfortable. There were very clear instructions for everything and the house had everything we needed while we were there. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommend.

This charming secluded hilltop rock house surrounded by tall pine trees and adorned nightly with sparkling stars appears to be a well kept secret in Pangburn, Arkansas. The beds are comfy, decor eclectic, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, & bathrooms were not luxurious, but adequate. The driveway would present a challenge for a car, but our SUV & truck handled it fine. The host was gracious and responsive. Definitely will keep this property on our repeat list.

Lots of personal touches…great fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location for a fishing get-away.
