The property is 5 miles from I-40 in beautiful Haywood County, NC which is rich in hiking& biking trails & fly-fishing. It’s an easy 11 mile drive to Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, or the Blue Ridge Parkway; 20 miles to Cataloochee Ski Lodge & just west of the amazing Biltmore House in Asheville. Canton was recently featured in “Our State” Magazine for the revived down town area. We love the small town atmosphere, location & believe you will too. Charming guest house 5 min to Waynesville, and 25 min to Asheville. The guest house is furnished and decorated in a modern farmhouse style with a luxurious, peaceful feel. The bed is comfy and the claw foot tub is inviting, you're sure to feel relaxed and pampered. The deck looks out over a peaceful wooded area and is an excellent spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning. This is one of two dwellings situated on close to an acre of land. You'll enjoy privacy but owner is available if needed.
