Our totally awesome guests have the bottom half of the duplex to themselves. You can also hang out on the porch or our backyard that has two play structures. *We have a 90s kid airbnb (The SLATER) in the upper unit of our duplex and you can hear guests upstairs when it is occupied.

The only space shared is the backyard & carport.

Lower Greenville is one of Dallas' most vibrant and walkable neighborhood with indie coffee shops, hip restaurants and night life in every direction.
