While we might not be the Seabrook described in Nicholas Spark’s novel “The Notebook”, we are just as quaint, and we offer a home just as free-spirited, comfortable, with an unbeatable location for added values of your stay.

The space
🛏 You’ll be staying in one of our private rooms with a Cali-King size bed, memory foam mattress, fresh cotton linens with heavy & warm comforter, bohemian quilts and fluffy pillows. Additionally, you'll have walk-in wardrobe with hangers and drawers, and a personal workspace all in your room.

We don’t live in the property. You’ll have FULL ACCESS to all shared areas of the house: 2 large living areas, extra workspace in the living room, reading nook, dining area, fully stocked kitchen (cookwares + basic cooking essentials), and a laundry room with detergent & fabric softener all included.

We are just minutes from Highway 146 and literally minutes from local supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a very happening and eclectic Kemah Boardwalk with year-round fun is within eyesight. Nevertheless our home is nestled in a cul-de-sac. Seabrook is along the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail, you can choose to hike its beautiful 10-mile trails from a short walk from our home, or rejuvenate with the 11 miles of waterfront access to Clear Lake and Galveston Bay. Fishing and crabbing enthusiasts find this place a haven, but you are also more than welcome to sip your crafted coffee in a local shop, rent a bicycle around to search for all 48 larger-than-life artful pelicans along the Pelican Paths of Seabrook. Larger shopping complexes are across the highway on the other side of Seabrook and furthermore, the 1.9 million sq ft Baybrook Mall is only 10.4 miles away.

People may say Seabrook is quiet, but we’d love to describe it as being one of the most tranquil places we’ve lived in. And we’d love to see you enjoy it here, either for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or a spontaneous change of work-from-home environment. We have it all!
