5 stars all around! Our family occupied the entire house and it was perfect for us! Very clean and had everything we neededright there. Short distance to the beach too! Communication was great throughout our stay and Kristen was very friendly and accommodating whenever I had questions. Highly reccomend staying here. We will for sure be coming back!

Robert’s cottage has been an eye opener for us on unique historic homes in Houston TX. This has turned into one my favorite airbnb properties I’ve stayed. The bathtub was a great surprise and highly recommend you book with Robert! I’ll be back!

We stayed for a long weekend with our family of 8 from all over to celebrate Easter with our daughter and son-in-law who live a 2 minute walk from the house. Great location with easy access to restaurants and the trail. House was squeaky clean and everything worked. House was just like the photos. The only thing I will mention to future renters is that the tv systems are quite out of date. Very few channels and mirror imaging from your phone does not work. We finally figured out how to attach an HDMI cord from a computer to be able to watch You Tube TV (sports and news). Highly recommend staying at this lovely property in Houston Heights!

Brent was very responsive. He even allowed us to checkout late due to our delayed flight. We were in the middle of everything. Easy to get around by using connected highways nearby. Brent's place made me and my party feel right at home. Will return again. I loved it

We loved the location. The beach was beautiful, so great to be able to walk right onto the beach from the complex. Moody Gardens is just a short drive away. The condo was clean and welcoming. My teen slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable. Walter was very proactive and guided us through every step. We had everything we needed, wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely like to come back for a future stay.

We had a great stay for a long weekend, over Easter, with our two young kids. Kathy was extremely communicative and provided easy instructions! We had no issues with check in. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. The pool was very loud, but the security guard was great about making sure people were quiet and out of the pool at 10pm. Overall a great value for a quick getaway. Lived up to all of my expectations! Thank you Kathy!

Stayed at this location before but not this condo. Owner responded quickly and had things already set up for us. We enjoyed the stay.

Very nice condo and amazing views. The parking and luggage carts were easy to find. The checkin/checkout receptionists were a little condescending and seemed to look down on the Airbnb guests (vs the owners). The condo itself was very beautiful and the amenities + beach view were fantastic. The whole family Loved this area.

Haley is a great host! She has been quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. The house was well equipped, very comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was great! This is definitely on our list of "would do it again".

Perfect stay over Easter weekend , family gathering. House is gorgeous and beds are exceptionally comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. Amenities for the beach were great used the wagon available and beach chairs. Lots of towels, cozy blankets and pillows. Would def stay again.

We booked Levi's house due to the proximity to the beach. We had a party of 8 and it fit us all very comfortably. The home was exactly as described and fit all of our needs. Furthermore, the host was quick in response time to any questions we had. We were able to check in alittle earlier and the host was accommodating. While we didn't actually need it for check-out, he allowed us 2 extra hours. This is the ideal beach house for any event you may need. I would definitely recommend this home.

We booked this house for our family and it was an incredible experience! Everything we needed, was at the house. Incredible views, peaceful and exactly what the description said. Cant wait to come back!

The house was perfect for our bird watching group. Centrally located to many birding hotspots and we could scope from the balcony! The house was wonderfully clean. I was able to walk around barefoot without that horrible sticky sensation you often find. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics. The center island was a great gathering spot for all of us, but we could still find privacy throughout. Great house, great views!

Best oasis in Texas!!!!! Amazing spot directly on the beach, breathtaking views from multiple balconies for every guest to enjoy, with open entertaining layout inside for our family game nights. Loved the peacefulness being away from the crowded public beaches and having our private beach access. This was a surprise beach retreat to get grandparents, siblings, & our family all together for a fun/ relaxing beach vacation…. PERFECTION!!!!!! We also loved taking the kids to the Rainforest Cafe, aquarium, and mini golf but also going shopping at the outlet mall. Best part of all was that EVERYONE in our family was able to enjoy being together on vacation, including our dog. He loved running around the beach, jumping into waves, & napping in the sun. Highly recommended!!!!!

Great house steps from the beach. Something to note if traveling with a group the upstairs is a loft and the noise from the kids room upstairs travels. Host was friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues that would make it a nicer stay but overall great for our family getaway.

We enjoyed this properly so much. The location is perfect. You can’t get much closer to the beach. The home was beautiful and very clean. It has so many amenities. Tons of towel and beach towels, pillows and blankets. This home has 3 beautiful very spacious bathrooms. The upstairs master has a huge shower with double shower heads. The kitchen has everything that you would need to feel right at home. There was lots of outdoor seating on both decks. It was a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee and evening glass of wine while listing to the sound of the waves crashing. Katie was great to work with during our stay. We will definitely be recommending this house and looking forward to a return visit.
