SUPER CLEAN (see our reviews) 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1 Sleeper Sofa. This condo is located on Ground floor overlooking the park-like setting, pool and the Guadalupe River. You will enjoy this relaxing view from the large balcony which can be accessed directly from the living room. It is a great place to enjoy a good book and a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the afternoon or evening with friends and/or family members.
Inside the living area you will find a very comfortable sleeper sofa to relax on while you watch cable TV on the 50” flat screen. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a coffeemaker,, coffee, dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishes/utensils and blender for those refreshing frozen concoctions you love to enjoy while on vacation.
In the master bedroom you will find a flat screen television. The bathrooms also were upgraded when built with custom counter tops and custom tiled showers. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space with extra blankets and pillows. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well.
You will also enjoy have a reserved parking place next to the elevator.

You will also find several wineries and the President Lyndon Johnson home and ranch there. Austin is only 44 miles away and is home to the Texas State Capitol and the LBJ Presidential Museum.
And not to be forgotten is New Braunfels’ Wurstfest celebration, a 10 day salute to sausage every year at the end of October and first of November.
