Welcome to Off the Hook Chardonnay, a comfortable ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Waterwheel Resort in the heart of New Braunfels. Step outside and enjoy beautiful pecan-shaded grounds, two swimming pools, four hot tubs, BBQ areas, and the Guadalupe River — all just steps from your door.

Whether you’re coming for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, Wurstfest, a trip to Gruene, or a longer Hill Country stay, you’ll have everything you need to relax and enjoy New Braunfels.

THE CONDO

Our approximately 1,000 sq. ft. condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and includes:

• King bed in the primary bedroom
• Queen bed in the second bedroom
• Sleeper sofa in the living room
• Two full bathrooms with tiled showers
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Washer & dryer
• TVs in the living room and primary bedroom

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials for cooking and dining, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and blender.

YOUR FAVORITE SPOT MAY BE OUTSIDE

One of our favorite things about Chardonnay is the setting. Relax outside overlooking Waterwheel’s beautiful park-like grounds, pool and the Guadalupe River. Start the morning with coffee under the pecan trees, spend the afternoon by the water, and wind down in one of the hot tubs in the evening.

• Direct access to the Guadalupe River

• Large pecan-shaded lawn
• Picnic tables and BBQ grills
• Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors

AN AMAZING NEW BRAUNFELS LOCATION

You can enjoy the peaceful river setting without giving up convenience.

Schlitterbahn and the Comal River are just blocks away, while historic Gruene — home to Gruene Hall, shopping, restaurants and the Gristmill — is only about 3 miles away.

You’ll also be close to downtown New Braunfels, tubing and kayaking, live music, restaurants, wineries, shopping and many of the area’s year-round events, including Wurstfest.

Want to explore farther? Canyon Lake, San Marcos and the Hill Country make easy day trips, and both San Antonio and Austin are within driving distance.

BRING YOUR PUP 🐾

Dogs are welcome for an additional $65 per stay. We just ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds.

TRAVELING WITH A BIGGER GROUP?

Here’s something that makes our property especially unique: we own the condo directly upstairs, too!

Our sister property, Off the Hook Americana (Airbnb #44692970), also sleeps up to 6 guests. Book both condos and your group can accommodate up to 12 people while still having two separate spaces.

It’s a great setup for extended families, couples traveling together, wedding guests and friends who want to vacation together without having to share one house.
