Monthly Rentals in New Braunfels

Sabrina was so very accommodating! She allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out. We barely used our rental car because we were able to walk to lots of coffee places and restaurants from the condo. Her place is very convenient to river tubing as the exit off of the river is literally across the street. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved our stay!

We were greeted with a friendly and informative greeting. The place is clean. Ample parking. Place is fully equipped and everything works. A good bang for your buck! We will probably stay there again when in the New Braunfels area again.

Was a very nice place to stay, the neighborhood and location is great if you’re looking for quiet and peaceful. We arrived later at night, so it was harder to find, but the host gave clear and concise instructions that made the area easy to find. Everything was accommodating to us, and we enjoyed the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roy’s place, it was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable! The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the fridge was huge. Walking our dog each morning was my favorite, as we were greeted by bird songs and plenty of deer! There was also a fox, two geese, and many different bird species that regularly visited the backyard. The neighbors were awesome! Jerry helped us carry stuff more than once, and Kristin invited us to Easter lunch, which was amazing. We felt so welcome and will never forget their kindness and generosity. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Roy!
