Monthly Rentals in New Braunfels

Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants for a pleasant evening walk. Friendly neighbors. Many good hiking trails within easy drive. We found the residence and amenities just as described. Would stay again.

This our second time staying here for more than a month and as always Angela and Robin are excellent hosts who respond quickly to questions and issues. When we are back in this area again I'm sure we will stay here.

The property is small, but cozy with all necessary amenities for two people and in a location that was central to many of the places we wanted to visit, so it was perfect for our stay. The host (Marc) was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, and he checked with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and that we had everything that we needed. When I mentioned to him that one of the two televisions was not fully operational (but was certainly good enough for our purposes and that nothing had to be done during our stay), he insisted on addressing it immediately and replaced the television shortly after our conversation to ensure that we felt at home. We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at this property, and Marc was an excellent host.

Such an amazing two month stay. Lynda and Mark are the goats of Airbnb hosting. The treats, the cookies, the on going communication and the kindness was so wonderful during my stay.
