Great views of the beach from the porch. Tikki Bar and Grill downstairs. Pet fencing and balcony gate. This 5B/4B is an open floor plan, an island that sits 7, and the dining table has seating for 8. The outside dining table has seating for 8 on the balcony and 4 in the Tiki bar. The viewing deck and Tiki bar are perfect for dining, relaxation, sunbathing, or watching a sunset and are seconds from the beach. Dog-friendly home. See policies and rules for restrictions.

The space
The whole house is yours to use! Great view of the beach and sleeps 14 comfortably! Private outdoor shower. Air-conditioned, beautifully decorated beach house. There is plenty of covered parking for golf carts or cars underneath the beach house, which can also be used as a shaded gathering spot. The underneath also has a large TIKI bar area and a gas grill for off-the-beach gatherings. A chain-link fence also surrounds the underneath.

Guest access
There are 5 to 6 parking spots. It's easier to walk to the beach but driving ON the beach is preferred by most!

Linens included: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts, etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths.

Extras Provided: A few trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, hand soap, laundry detergent to wash a few loads

PETS: 2 dogs maximum, 25 lb limit per dog.
While we welcome dogs and understand pets are like family, we ask you to be mindful of the furniture and bedding, as they are not for pet use. We recommend bringing a dog bed or blanket so they are comfortable and do not let them sleep on the beds or the furniture. Please do not let your pets roam free in the house unattended. Some dogs prefer to have their crates in unfamiliar territory, and don't forget their feeding dishes, too! Also, make sure they have a collar with your identification and phone number on it. Dogs lost on the beach are hard to recover unless they have an ID. We appreciate your understanding.
