- Stay productive with a dedicated workspace and take advantage of the provided printer for any necessary documents.
- Downstairs, unwind in the living room while enjoying entertainment on the smart TV.
- The downstairs area also features a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffeemaker, and a convenient half bathroom.
- Brand new LG smart washer, dryer, and Forno refrigerator with ice maker provided for your convenience.
- Your own (1) parking space located directly in front of the unit.
- The gated backyard provides a private space, and while there's no fence dividing it from the neighbor's yard, you still have your own section of the backyard for your exclusive use.
