Our recently built lake house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath, including 2 master suites! This house sleeps 22 guests, has sandy beach and water access, including Starlink high speed internet! Guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or the view from inside. This >3000 sf house is located in close proximity to the Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Club, as well as restaurants, gas stations, boat ramps, and grocery/convenient stores. Our location is fantastic and we have so much to offer our guests!

The heart of our home is the oversized kitchen island, around which memories are made. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. The living area, with its large smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar, is the perfect gathering spot for entertainment or relaxation.
Accommodations are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. The two master suites feature luxurious bathrooms and spacious closets, offering a private retreat within the retreat. Additional bedrooms are equipped to handle larger groups without compromising comfort, highlighted by the game room above the garage that doubles as a spacious bedroom, ensuring there's ample space for everyone.

Designed with families and large groups in mind, our lake house promises a stay where cleanliness, comfort, and modern amenities blend seamlessly with the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of Lake Sam Rayburn. The open dining area includes a dining table for 8 that can be used for meals or is the perfect place for making memories over table games and cards. The living area and all the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and we’ve also provided box fans for guests who like a low hum to sleep with or for extra cool comfort. Luggage racks are provided and can be placed inside the large closets, if desired. The first of two master suites has a sleigh king bed, large dresser, his/her nightstands, large, and private full bathroom. This luxury master bathroom has two vanities, a custom tile shower, soaker tub, and excessive large walk-in closet. There is a private, lockable toilet room for privacy. The second master suite has a queen panel bed, large smart TV, large closet, dresser, and its own private full bathroom. Across the house, there are two bedrooms, each with two queen beds. To accommodate these two bedrooms, there is one full bath with a double vanity between the rooms with access from both. Within the bathroom, there is a separate toilet and shower room with a lockable door for privacy. Next to the kitchen, there is a bunk room with two QUEEN bunk beds. The spacious bedroom/game room above the garage accommodates up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one single bed, two queen beds, and one queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, along with a large smart TV opposite two sofas, as well as an air hockey table. There is a lovely back porch that faces the water, and is breathtaking at sunset. The back of the house has windows so you have a nice lake view from inside or out. The back patio/outdoor kitchen is furnished with one sofa, 4 chairs, and has an outdoor kitchen granite counter with a sink. A separate gas grill is also provided. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand from the lake. Bring your family and friends for a vacation full of fishing, swimming, tubing, skiing, golf, tennis, pickle ball and/or many more Rayburn activities!
Here is a list of stores and popular destinations just minutes away: Walter Umphrey Pavillion and boat launch, Twin Dikes public boat launch, Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Course, pool, pickle ball, tennis courts and restaurant, Sammy Ray’s dining and entertainment, The Dam Liquor store and convenient/grocery store/gas station, The Stump Restaurant and bar, Dollar General (has more groceries than other stores), Hamburger Depot, Longhorn Liquor, Donut Shop, Chapala Mexican Grill, and Tackle Addict tackle shop. *Powell Park Marina* is 5-10 minutes by boat directly north northwest from our house. They have an on-site Cafe, bait shop, convenient store, and gas on the water! During the summer, they create a blow-up float park on the water for kids to enjoy, if a wrist band is purchased. For more restaurant or shopping options, guests can drive 15 minutes to Jasper and find Brookshire Brothers grocery, 24 hour Super Walmart and Lowe’s, to name a few.

You'll have access to the entire home other than the lower garage area where we store our boat.
Other things to note
The downstairs portion of the garage where we store our personal boating items is off limits. This area is not pictured or described in this listing. The gas grill attached to the house on the back porch is currently out of service. We have provided a charcoal grill.
