I appreciate the easy access and easy to understand instructions. Not only was the location not far from restaurants but there is also easy grocery stores and convenience stores right at the corner. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Loved how it felt as though you were at home. I will definitely be utilizing you all from now on.

The host was very professional, flexible, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Parking is secure, the building is secure. I felt extremely safe in this unit. Instructions for getting to the unit were amazing and easy to follow. The host was flexible with check in and check out. Truly grateful to book with such an accommodating host and I will continue to book with this host

Enjoyed my stay! Host was very attentive and offered amenities, such as coffee and wine. The condo, while older, has a charm to it and is described accurately.

Second time to stay in this bldg. Love the location and great space as an alternative to a hotel when the city gets full. No shampoo or conditioner provided, so just be prepared. Everything else was covered. Love the location for outdoor walking and restaurants, and used the small gym for the first time which was good. You can hear the garage open in the unit, but it’s plenty quiet at night.

What can I say ?! Prince and his home is amazing . Very friendly and welcoming . Very informative about area . Me and my girlfriend felt safe and welcomed . The home looks exactly the same as pictures . Very clean and private , great location and great views from the bed room , living room and balcony . Will definitely be staying at Prince’s place again .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Avanna was amazing—she responded quickly to all my messages and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would 100% stay here again. Spacious house. Was conveniently located to the class I had to attend. Has a nice back porch. And the owner communicated well and made a last minute booking easy.

I hope Roberta and her family allow me to return, because I will be back in the area again and would love to stay. It was perfect for my solo trip, and had to go in & out of the property often. My space was very private as I worried about disturbing the family when I returned after 10pm. Roberta & her husband were very kind and accommodating. I thought the price for the space was priced perfectly, great communicator, amenities were as listed and the space was perfect for me.
